Once they installed the transmission the transmission started having problems so I took it back. They install another transmission and told me the computer might be bad too but luckily they had a computer around and also swapped it with no extra charge. 3 months passed and weird sound on the engine and thought that it might be the transmission again so I took it back but after they checked it for no chaege, it was just the alternator . I highly recommend this shop even though there was some problems with the transmission they where always professional and friendly and seems to care about their costumers. % best shop around the area.

My first interaction…read morein walking in the door was Steve even though it was early in the morning he was full of energy and had a big smile on his face. I liked him right away at first, he thought the work might take a couple of hours, but looking deeper into the issue he decided it would only take an hour and then I would be on my way soon. I don't generally talk about the restrooms, but his was clean and bright a real plus when you've been drinking lots of coffee as promised my car was done an hour later and I was on my way. Needless to say while I don't wish any more transmission issues, if they occur I know that this is the place to be. I would conclude by saying that Steve and this business represent the top tier in transmission places in the Inland Empire!!

This shop shouldn't be in business. I took the shotty work back to them they did on my car, They…read moretold me the tranny would have to be taken apart again. Luckily I said NO. I asked my friend Clay B. to look at it, for me. The tool he used was (1)common sense and (2) a flashlight, and (3) a wrench. he spotted the problem within 2 minutes. on top of the tranny, a bolt worked loose one that they didn't tighten. He went to Ace hardware bought a $1 dollar bolt and fixed it for me. They were out to do that and charge me a price of removing and a tear down plus a clutch and expect me to GIVE Them money for work they didn't plan on doing. Never go there. When I went there they were on the phone, telling Edison electric they would go to an authorized payment center a place to pay on the electricity bill obviously behind on Bill's, and they would scalp customers like me for work weren't going to do. Never go to This shop. Thank You Clay B. for fixing my car within a half hour including a trip to Ace hardware Oh and Thank You lunch you bought for us. I would go to small claims but not worth the time Chalked it up a lesson learned.

Save yourself a headache! This scam of a mechanic shop! I took my ford fusion there for a…read moretransmission rebuild because second gear was slipping. They took over a week before they even started my car and I had to keep calling to check status. Once I finally got my car back the broke a coolant line and tried to seal it with a putty. Luckily I had just replaced it and had an extra on I ordered from Amazon so I replaced it myself. They told my to come back at 1500 to get first service, that was a mistake and shouldn't have gone back. They damaged a brand new cv axle I had just replaced a few weeks prior and told me they'd charge me 190 for a new one and then labor on top of that. I told them to put it back together and I'd replace it again as it was still under warranty, I just had to take it off. Which I am very mechanical inclined but I can't rebuild a transmission which is why I went there. So when I drove off I noticed some suspicious suspension noise, then I hit the brakes and my car started shaking real bad, now it didn't have that problem before I brought it to them. I took off my wheel and noticed the back end or the lower control arm was loose and not placed properly. So now I have to correct what they did, such a headache that I payed for. Stay away from these guys !

So when I take a chance on a new place I always have this ready feeling and try and not over expect anything . I took them my 2006 for a trans rebuild thinking it was done and needed to be re done ..they call me up and say it's not your trans just a shifter cable and the trans is confused on pressures. I asked them please fix it and do what ever it takes . When I went to go pick it up it was such a minor fix for them they wouldn't even take my money . They could have easily got me for thousands but they didn't . Very rare when a shop or people offering a service will surprise me so I would definitely recommend this place .
