Since I live out of state and it was the dead of winter, the logics were tricky. Julio was super responsive. We had a couple of phone oversations about what I was looking for and he made a couple of recommendations for colors based on my preferences. He was able to use the lock box we had set up to provide detailed estimates of the interior and exterior paint costs and I found the prices very reasonable! He kept me posted as to when he could start the exterior, avoiding rain and extra cold temps to ensure the paint cured properly. Julio and his team showed up when they said to and he sent me photos and videos along the way to keep me up to date on the progress. Julio made a very difficult time for my family and I alot easier and when I was able to go see the house in person the quality of the work is impeccable! I would highly recommend him. My only regret is that I can't hire him for work up in Washington state!
