Victoria and Kevin were super helpful with the front end estimates and scheduling. Victoria kept in contact with us throughout every step of the way. Trevor and Robert were the electricians who came out to do the work. They were easy to work with and really cared about the project and got most of the work done in one visit. On what we thought was the final day (returning after the swim spa was delivered), we ran into minor hiccup from the manufacturer (missing one of the lugs to land the final wiring in the swim spa) Trevor went above and beyond to help me figure out how to get the missing part. I don't know who was more bummed about not getting the swim spa going him or I. After I got the manufacturer to overnight the missing piece, Trevor was able to return on very short notice and get us up and running. The 2nd guy stood around. The two electricians were pleasant and professional. From the time they pulled up, to getting back in the truck 45 minutes. Additionally they asked if they could place a sticker on my breaker box to show they were there if there was an inspection. Two plugs cost me $350.00 with my parts. They charged me for both people and $65.00 for the temporary permit. Talk about lack of transparency bordering on dishonest. We are hiring contractors for a remodel, and Cherry City will never be asked for a bid.
