Our electrical project in 2024 was predominantly in our kitchen area as well as our hall bathroom area. Staff and Electricians and Journeyman were highly professional, and timely. They spent time educating us in our current Breaker Box capacity as well as how our small appliances draw electricity while in use. Some are very efficient, others were not. This information assisted us in knowing how best to position our small appliances amongst our kitchen cooking areas during use, to ensure the most efficiency from the units themselves. I called on All Pro Electric to fix a 220 Outlet for an EV charger. The outlet was installed by another electrician and was heating up, smelled of burning, and showed discoloration after a very long charge. Electrician was there promptly, diagnosed the problem, replaced the outlet, inspected the breaker. He was efficient so I asked him to do some other electrical work we needed. He was able to do that work only going 1/4 hour over the minimum one hour for everything (I asked him not to cleanup, I did that myself). I am confident the problem is fixed and pleased with the other work. Materials charges were reasonable, total bill was at the low end of what I expected. read more

I just spent more than $4k in projects with All Pro, and have recommended them to others, but I walk away with an understanding that I'll need to look elsewhere for my electrical needs, so my review is middle of the road. Things started out very well. The owner was friendly and communicative, and the prices seemed decent, but at some point, mainly when the company's technician took over, things seemed to turn. He was mostly fine, but seemed very impatient in explaining things to me, and a bit condescending. I was surprised by the mess he left behind each time, given that all other vendors I've brought in have had shop vacs to clean up after themselves, and when I reported this back to the office, not even as some big complaint, but more as a courtesy FYI, the tone of the communication changed. The office manager told me that she didn't think they could meet my "needs and expectations" for additional work. Later I asked her what she meant, and she basically told me that I asked too many questions of them. As a first-time home owner, I do have quite a few questions, and do expect the expert I'm turning to to guide me. They did answer my questions - but apparently, they did so begrudgingly. It was a bummer to hear that. The work was all done, but the technician installed a plate that was too small and they needed to come back for one last fix, to install a bigger plate. The office manager asked me what color plates I had. I told her white. And you can see a picture of what was installed by the owner this morning. Even though it's for an outlet that goes behind my stove, to me, it's just sloppy work. I wouldn't say don't hire this company, I'd just say that you can be the judge, for yourself, if something like this would meet your needs and expectations... read more

AlPro Electric is fantastic! we called with what we thought was 4 hours work. The electrician. solved our problem and replaced our old fan with a new one. He then gave us advice on how our new fan could be operated. he then took extra time to advise us othe projects we could get done. We have more projects we need to have done and we will have them back to get them completed. TTye owner of Allpro electric followed up to make sure we were happy . Being charged for half the anticipated time and follow up by the owner is hard to beat. Definitely my definition of 5 stars! read more

We've used All Pro Electric since 2003. The owner and lady who answers the phone are consistently professional and patient. The techs are prompt. I like the van and shirts with the logos; I once opted for the sloppy dude in an unmarked vehicle and will not go that route again. In terms of costs I don't really notice a difference from other quality electricians we've used. The only slight negative is that appointments can be far out, but that probably applies to any quality electrician. read more

As a contractor I have worked with various companies over the years offering electrical services and as a result have the value of a perspective from a different lens than the average home owner. I have been absolutely impressed with all pro electric on all fronts. They are timely with their arrivals and very efficient with their work, resulting in a professional install at a very reasonable price. Finding that balance is incredibly difficult in the contracting world and rare to find. We have worked hard to foster a great relationship with them as a result and plan to continue working with their company for years to come. I had All-Pro Electric install my Tesla wall connector in June 2019. I selected All-Pro after soliciting a few bids, and felt comfortable with them from the beginning. They made the quote process easy by simply sending them photos of the job site, instead of scheduling a visit. They were extremely flexible in scheduling after the wall connector was in an unknown shipping state for 2 weeks. In the end, they far exceeded my expectations, and did a wonderful job with the install, taking my preferences into account, and giving me the 48amps I was looking for. I can not recommend them enough if you're getting any home electrical work done, and will be using them for other projects as well. read more

Five months ago, I hired them to disconnect wiring to a shed, switch four plugs to GFCIs and install a new outlet. They sent two guys for a total cost of $442. Recently, I had them troubleshoot a gas insert connection and repair a faulty light connection from the job they did five months before. They were working at a neighbor's house across the street, sent two guys, and the cost was $230. They told me they split the travel charge between me and the neighbor, so it might have been even more. Not sure what other electricians charge, but this seems rather high, especially if two people are sent each time. read more

Kevin with All Pro Electric came out to our house to set up a NEMA 14-50 receptacle for a new Tesla. He had done many of these installs before and really knew his stuff. Very friendly and I learned a lot from our conversations. At the same time we also added a whole house surge protector at a reasonable price, and replaced a number of old broken fluorescent overhead lamps with modern LED ones. The actual work they did was really good. Unfortunately they are super busy, and follow up on voicemails or emails could take a week, if at all. With there being such a large lead time to book any electrician in this city, it was pretty frustrating having the estimate and scheduling process take so long - delaying when our project was finally added to the schedule. We recently had an electrician come out to move some outlets around and hide cables behind the wall. He was very professional and polite and did a great job. The price was exactly as they quoted, even though he was here for longer than expected. The price was also a lot lower than other companies I called. Though the owner seems to know what he's talking about, their execution left a lot to be desired. 1) Apparently the track lighting they recommended has few lamp heads available at local distributors "since the [track lighting] company slid." If they're sliding, why am I buying fixtures from them? 2) The electrician who came to our house was very nice. But I asked whether I should drape off parts of the house, especially my toddler's room, because of plaster dust and stuff. He said, no, he had it covered, draped off the crib, etc. Well, after he left I found plaster dust at each location he worked on throughout the house, little inexplicable pieces of hardware (many dangerous to little kids/babies), sharp shards of hard plastic (probably from opening packaging), and a whole bunch of screws -- some of which apparently didn't make it back into the wall where they belonged, for example holding an outlet onto the wall. When I emailed the company about this, I did not receive the kind of reply they should have given! Customer service means: you send someone out to clean this stuff up or pay me to do it or pay someone else. Or offer a discount. And you really, seriously apologize. Any of the babies and toddlers who play in our house could have been seriously injured. 3) We have one light fixture that's broken and that All-Pro had told us a long time ago was dangerous, that we should make sure it wasn't getting any electricity. It has two light switches, on different walls. So to turn off the juice, we had to experiment to figure out what was "on" and what was "off." Then we taped off the switches so no one would accidentally turn it on. Well, their electrician removed the tape and didn't return the switches to whatever placement they were supposed to be on. All-Pro did send the electrician back to tape it, but implied in email that I'd made some sort of odd, unreasonable request. Uh, no. We taped off the switches BECAUSE YOU TOLD US TO, then you untaped them and did not return them to a safe position! Basically, a very unsatisfactory experience. We won't be calling them again. read more

I requested a quote and they sent a rep out, who spent maybe 10 minutes at my house. They provided a quote and I accepted based on the recommendations, but when the actual electrician came out, the work performed diverged significantly from the original quote. There was very little transparency in how these changes would affect cost, and I got the impression that because I had agreed to pay a certain amount initially, they felt they could charge me whatever they wanted up to that amount, regardless of the actual work done. Further, one of the days the electrician was at my house, he received a call from the owner, and they proceeded to discuss how much more money they could make on another job by using a quote versus billing for time and materials. Overall, the experience with this company left a pretty bitter taste in my mouth. read more

Kevin, and his main crew boss, Oleg, are personable, comforting and easy to work with. They took time to go over everything I wanted or needed for a house that needed significant up-grades. Then they fit me into a busy schedule, and made sure to get most of the work done before I moved into a house I had recently bought (making life easier for them and me). All the electricians were hard workers and did high quality work that passed inspection. I had a lot of work done, from running a new line to the house, putting in a new panel, adding new wiring and doing GFCI for older wiring. Out of all this, only a few plugs didn't work, but Kevin came back and got those replaced or re-wired. The thing I have learned from working with all contractors or sub-contractors is to always get a detailed bid or contract, so there are no surprises, and list a top price that can't be extended upward with any cost over-runs.
