Because my daughter didn't get her nails done there they said they don't offer the service of nail removal done by other technicians.. I've never heard that since they should be able to just soak them off. Went there today and had the worst experience, all the staff was extremely rude, didn't speak to my mom or me the entire time but instead repeatedly hit my foot and yanked my feet to do what she needed, pedicure was extremely rushed, paid for the signature pedicure didn't even last 15min, the nail tech rolled her eyes and got visibly upset whenever she tickled my feet. upon leaving I asked them if they could check my toe polish to see if it was dry and the 3 techs there got annoyed at the request. The gentleman that did my daughters an my nails was very nice , but rushed through everything an didn't do anything close to what we asked for . Are water was freezing cold for waiting so long . He didn't clean around my nails or toes there was paint everywhere. I asked him to clean it up and pics show what I'm left with. I've been going to BB nails for years now. Never had any issues with my nails, they are quick and on point. Granted I have had polish chip but that was due to my own errors (like gardening or yard work). If I ever have an issue (chipped nail or polish) they always accommodate and fix it for me, no questions asked. I do highly recommend to make an appointment before just walking in and expecting to be seen. They do get quite busy and do go by appointments first. 100% recommend BB nails! :) read more

They are very rude i tried going a couple of different times to get someone new each time. My nails are not painted fully on the sides the way he polished looks like I've had this set for two weeks already and they are all shaped a tad bit different. This is what you get when you get regular polish they treat you rude your not worth their time unless your going in for gel manicure and gel pedicure .your wasting your time at this place. The pedicure wasn't bad. They barely tried to take off any callus at all though. The lady did an ok job, some of my cuticles and dead skin wasn't taken care of though. The manicure.... this is why I gave 2 stars. As soon as I sat down in a chair to wait for a regular manicure, the guy kept looking at me, not in a "nice" kind of way. Like a "ah dang I gotta do this chick's nails ?!" When I sat down in his chair he was lamenting to his coworker in Vietnamese, which I don't know any but I'm not dumb I could tell he was talking crap about me. I've never met this person or had my nails done by him before. Also I just wanted a regular manicure because I can't have long nails but I like getting my cuticles cut and nails professionally painted. So... he let my hands soak for maybe 20 seconds and starts working on them. Every time I have my fingers sticking out or in the way, so to say, he slaps them down and almost violently moves them instead of nicely. He barely got my cuticles AT ALL. My nails were also filed pretty unevenly. The painting. Messy and uncaring. Such a mediocre job. Then at the end I noticed a hair or I said nicely a "fiber" in the polish, he didn't understand what I was trying to say bc all he did was look at it and apply more of a top coat ‍ such a careless job. Any way, few days later the polish starts to crack bc he clearly put too much on. I take it off and notice my cuticles were worse than I thought. All for 15 dollars which I think is expensive for a REGULAR manicure. Or I should say half-assed manicure. Not coming here again. Don't waste your money. read more

My daughter walked in at 6:45, they said they close at 7:00 and they told her that if she wanted to wait she would be waiting until 7:30 she said okay that's fine. They took another lady at 7:00 and at 7:30 they told my daughter to leave and then told her they take their last customer at 6:30. They went on to say they were closing, they have lives of their own and they were not her slaves. They told her if she didn't leave they would call the police. She called me very upset that she was treated this way. I told her to come home and that I would call them. I called to speak with the Manager and the lady that answered the phone said the Manager was out of town and she wasn't going to discuss it with me and I could call the police. This is ridiculous. the first time I came here the guy doing my nails was rushing bc they were about to close and wanted to go home .. I tried telling them I wanting a certain design and they tried to argue with me how to get MY nails done and then told me they weren't going to do it . And after this the guy cut my finger and looked at me and said "that was your fault" and I didn't even move . Now today I came here to do a eyebrow waxing that should take less then 10 mins and i sat there for 25 mins then I asked how long they would be and they said another 45 mins . 100% don't recommend that place at all read more
