Counter service at the front is usually prompt and they do have a cute little section of seasonal merchandise, but it's very small. This is a tiny CVS compared to other CVSs, but the location makes it convenient for me. I love using my rewards, so I often buy my skincare/ bathroom supplies there. There are also two small refrigerators for a small amount of drinks and basic groceries. Do NOT bother with the pharmacy. It has horrible waiting time for prescriptions and sometimes doesn't even have the medication needed. The staff sometimes seems clueless and my feedback to the manager didn't seem to matter since they are having difficulty hiring. I changed to another pharmacy due to their incompetence.

I come back 30 minutes later , not only does she not recognize me, she says my prescription is not ready. Then I look up 5 minutes later to see her entering my prescription into the system. No respect for customer time. I only brought the prescription in because for some reason their fax would not hook up with my doctor's office. If you need medication or you will die, don't get it filled here. Now they are telling me they don't have the medication after I waited 45 minutes. Then after they saw I was irritated they gave me one bottle charged me for three and then told me I could come back to get the other two over the weekend. I gave them a 3 star because I have been going here for months and never had an experience like this. If it happens again I will be switching to Walgreens.

Samira Pharmacist at Walgreens is AWFUL and nasty. Zero Stars. Never use Charlotte Hall MD Walgreens on Triangle Dr. NEVER and I mean NEVER go to Walgreens Pharmacy. Today is December 26th 2021. First they said they couldn't fill my prescription till December 25th but they're closed then so I could get it the day after so I call Earlier someone said they were filling it. THEN after a few hours I looked at their hours realizing it's Sunday and it said they close at 6 so hopped in my car at 5:30pm started heading there but called to make sure it actually got filled because they have sucked on SO many occasions feeding me and others bullshit so they can leave early or to push it off on the other pharmacist the next day. The pharmacist answered I said hey I'm just checking on if my prescription is ready she said "Um what prescription?" After I said which medication she said Oo sorry you can't fill this till the 29th, I said excuse me?? She ran my prescription earlier and said it was being filled? She said idk what the pharmacist will do tomorrow she may fill it, I said tomorrow is EXACTLY 4 weeks since my last prescription she said I saw you picked it up on the 30th I said excuse me I have my bottle right here saying the 29th anyway she kept trying to feed me more and more lies like always I finally said "You are So full of shit but have a good day, Fuck you " im so done with Walgreens Pharmacist Samira she has always been an issue, hanging up on me, my providers, lying and being caught on SEVERAL occasions it's unreal. I have more bad experiences then good, even my insurance company advised she hung up on them and were rude when they called!! They have hung up on me as well before A TON of times also before even answering the phone, you can tell it's on purpose because you hear the phone pick up and be hung up!!!! I went as far to get my prescription approved early from my insurance since I'm going on vacation and Samira advised that was the only issue why they could not fill it. I got it approved through insurance and they called on my behalf but the pharmacist hung up on them first so they called back then she said she would not do it and my insurance advised they haven't been inputting my script information properly ever because it won't show up on the insurances end so they could just over rude it themselves. I'm writing reviews EVERYWHERE and calling corporate they are absolutely awful, if you can avoid them I definitely recommend never going to them. I'm writing a bad review every day and complains I'm done dealing with this crap from Walgreens. read more

I could have gone anywhere else, but I chose Walgreens (Charlotte Hall) --and that was my mistake. I spent over $50 in this store and was treated as if I were inconveniencing the employer simply for being there. The cashier had an attitude throughout the entire interaction. When I asked for my receipt -- something any paying customer has every right to ask for -- she looked irritated, handed it to me carelessly, and walked away before the transaction was even finished. Then I heard my coupon printing behind the counter. Instead of handing it to me like a competent employee, she left it there, and I had to reach behind the counter to grab it myself. Completely unprofessional. What really sealed the experience was the manager's response. I calmly explained what happened, and instead of apologizing or showing even basic concern, she dismissively said, "I'll talk to her," while staring at me like I was the issue. No accountability. No professionalism. No attempt to fix the situation. This store has clearly created an environment where disrespect toward customers is normal. When both the cashier and manager behave the same way, the problem is bigger than one employee -- it's the store culture. Customer service this bad is exactly why people stop shopping at places like Walgreens. I won't be returning, and I strongly suggest others spend their money somewhere they'll be treated with basic decency and respect. read more

There are so many other supermarkets that would appreciate my hard earned money. With the holidays coming up, I am pretty sure Shoppers or Safeway would love to have my family as customers. And I am pretty sure that I will be treated with dignity and respect. Luckily I am educated, but what if I wasn't? What if I had a learning disability, poor vision, language barrier, or suffered from dyslexia? Telling a customer that they need to learn how to read with absolutely no consequences is absolutely appalling. That could be discrimination according to the American Disability Act. I did witness a customer inquiring about utilizing the Safeway gas pump without a Safeway card. The customer successfully utilized the pumps without incident. The Safeway Convenient store does offer discounts for Safeway card holders. Please note the Safeway cashier is positioned behind a bullet proof glass. I am looking forward to visiting this Safeway Convenient Store and gas station in the near future.
