Today I called to schedule an appointment when I was called back and told they no longer will allow me to be a client there because they "heard" I was talking bad about the salon. They didn't even let me defend myself. I guess they have enough clients that they have zero problem just canceling you off someone else saying something that isn't true. They also called me on Speaker phone so I'm assuming it was done in front of other clients and stylist, real professional. Not only did you lose me as a client but you lost about 6 others.
