Saw her in target just a couple of days before his funeral, and mentioned how bad I needed my hair done...I'm so NOT high maintenance (keep that in mind) She fit me in the day before our son's funeral! Since then, my 2 girls and I have enjoyed her and all of the wonderful ladies at Expressions. Just today, my 12 year old had her looong hair trimmed by Candall. They didn't even let me defend myself. I guess they have enough clients that they have zero problem just canceling you off someone else saying something that isn't true. Store hours have steadily been reduced (long before Covid) and they don't really have many options regarding product lines. Let's get to the pharmacy... or the lousy excuse for a pharmacy. It takes days to fill prescriptions. They act like they have no clue what's going on and as though the customer is a nuisance. They fail to understand that after a procedure, people cannot wait 48 hours for their medication. Availability of medications is an issue here as well. The icing on the cake is when online, the estimated time for the medication to be ready is 8:36PM.. but they close at 6PM. I'm gonna go try out the new independent pharmacy that opened up a block away.. forget these guys.

By the time we saw that we hadn't gotten all of his medication the pharmacy was closed (they close at 6pm on Saturdays). I went there the next day and they at first said the prescription they didn't fill wasn't in stock (again wasn't told this at the time the prescriptions were filled) was then told that my insurance didn't cover it (again something that wasn't told to us).
