I had a carbon fiber front bumper I needed painted for my Evora GT. I was nervous and did my research for the right place and was looking for a place that was tried and true and could provide an exact finish. Not only did the paint and metallic fleck match EXACTLY to my factory color, the finish from the wet sanding was arguably better than when my car arrived from the factory. The front desk staff and workers were incredibly responsive, professional, conscientious, and kind. Because my bumper got a few nicks from shipping, they re-primed it and the finish is impeccable. I brought my car in a couple months ago, and the tech who was writing up the estimate, Larry, was very rude to me. He did not even say hello, would barely speak to me. I asked him a question about the estimate and he treated me in a condescending manner. Honestly, I expected better from people who are claiming to be Christians. Take your business to West Suburban Auto Body in Glen Ellen like I did, and you'll save a lot and get better customer service too. BC was horrible. read more

WOW! I cannot believe what an excellent experience I had with BC Auto Body. I accidentally slid my van into my garage frame, causing an enormous dent in the door. We went to 4 places in Wheaton & Glen Ellyn for estimates. We chose BC auto (even though they are not in our State Farm Insurance preferred providers-their estimate did come in under some of the preferred providers) based off of other recommendations as well as our impressions from meeting them. They were able to work with our insurance and we only had to pay our $250 deductible. They also completed the work 2 WHOLE DAYS ahead of schedule (estimated 5, done in 3). All other places said a minimum of 7-8 days. The last HUGE bonus was when we picked up the car, the entire car was detailed inside & out!!! It's a minivan & we have 3 kids & it was super gross. I still can't believe they cleaned out and washed everything, what an unexpected surprise!! I will be a customer for life (but also hoping I don't need any auto body work in the future ;) )!!! read more

Sorta hard to find, but hard to beat!! Their service and attitude are really amazing. They took the time to give me an estimate immediately, while i waited. I had expected to have to leave the van, our only vehicle, and have Enterprise pick me up. So pleasantly treated and their work is top quality. They were able to do the repair that day. We live at a distance, but we will always go to B C Auto Body and have recommended them to friends and family in DuPage County. Everyone we know has the same great experience. BC Auto Body fixed my car quickly. Besides a fantastic job on my car, the people at BC Auto Body are beyond wonderful. When I brought in my car I was making conversation and mentioned I had not yet cleaned it thoroughly after the harsh Chicago winter. When I picked up my car today I saw that not only did they fix and wash the car, they vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my car. Above and beyond does not begin to describe the service. My 2010 Taurus sustained front end damage and needed quick repair. I dropped the car off at B C Auto Body the day before leaving town on vacation. While gone, B C communicated effectively with my insurance company to keep the process moving along. Even though they were very busy, they squeezed me into the schedule and got my car back to me almost a week before it was promised.
