I have used them on three occasions for bodywork in the last few years. Easy to work with and superb workmanship on each occasion. This year I also had them repair a crack in the metal by the drivers side door check in February. They took the door apart, welded a plate inside to reinforce the area and repainted so it all looked like new. This was a non insurance repair that I paid for myself. But in August the crack reopened. I contacted Jeff and, without any hassle, he arranged to redo the repair at no charge. They did it in one day and it again looks like new. All the previous repaired and repainted areas also still look like new. I couldn't be more pleased with each and every one of my interactions and experiences with this business. This is the best auto body place ever. Not only are the staff super helpful and friendly, but they know everything about insurance claims and how to navigate the process. They have great communication and even provided me insurance information before the insurance company provided it. I damaged the front end of my car and was concerned about further damage by driving it, but they pulled out the plastic away from the tire well and frankensteined the bumper with screws so I could at least drive it until the parts came in. We had a simple repair for a broken mirror. Jeff was great on the estimate, said when to bring it in and they were done on time. I had a nasty scratch on the fender that I asked about repainting. I couldn't leave my car for the few days it would take to repaint etc. Cost was a factor too for a minor scratch. I go to pick up the car and they had filled the scratch with the paint from the mirror part of the job. It was buffed out too. Now I know why they are tops on the list, service. Shopped around maybe five mechanic shops to get a scratch out of my door. Prices ranged all the way up to $2,000. This place gave me the lowest and most reasonable price. Other shops were talking about doing the whole side (3 panels) of my car to blend, taking off my roof racks, etc.. I was like what!!! No! I'm very picky with my car so I'm picky with who I take it to. Fortunately, this was my first time taking it in for damage and I felt good about this place. They were recommended by Nofsinger's who I've taken my old car for repairs. I trusted his opinion right away after speaking with many other shops who were telling me to get all this unnecessary work done. Most importantly, they did a great job with the paint job. I was really nervous the color wouldn't match, but I can't even tell they re-painted my door. They did scratch my bumper (just a small scratch which was hardly noticeable, except to me). I did tell them, but it would be more of a hassle to fix it since the bumper is plastic so I left it. The candy is also a plus. They got the good stuff too... Snickers, skittles, M&m's! Brought our car there for repair after an accident. Now, for the most part, they dealt with the insurance company and it was repaired in 2 weeks. My issue is, The bumper was different color than the body, I was told plastic holds paint differently than metal. I asked them repair a couple items aside from the accident damage and I would pay for it. Small dent and the glove box. Those items were not taken care of and the dent , they said they do not do body work? You're a body shop, you don't do body work? Lastly, I would think they would clean the vehicles they repair, as part of customer service. Thats how I got them back in the past from another repair shop. Shout out to Dominic and his crew! The went WAY beyond for us. Dropped off our car on Monday night to have the bumper replaced and to have it and one side mirror painted. They not only gave us a fantastic price on the bumper they also didn't charge us to paint the mirror. I am so glad I found this place! I've worked with Dino two times now, and he is so nice and helpful. The first time, he took off part of a body kit that previous car owner installed. Another body shop had told me they didn't know how to remove it, so I was glad to have found this place because they had no problem taking on the challenge. He did a great job and it took less than an hour. The second time I went to this place was for some other minor stuff, and they were able to give me a quote on the spot and it was very reasonable. I'm sure it would have cost double if I went to the dealer. They even told me the part they needed would be there the next day and would only take a half hour. So relieved to have found this place. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I recently moved to the area, and Glenbard Auto Body is nearby. I noticed rust on a lower part of my Acura TSX (previously repaired elsewhere 5 years ago), and I wanted it fixed. Nobody wants to be a frequent customer at an Auto Body shop, but if I need their service again, I would not hesitate. Next best thing I can do to show my appreciation is to support their family business, and give a great review. I received a quick quote and thorough explanation of the process and turnaround time; the price was reasonable. Fortunately I live close by, so when I agreed to have the work done, they drove me home, and when the car was ready 2 days later, they picked me up to get my car. The repair and paint job was seamless; you would not know anything was ever done. I thought it was nice to get courtesy car wash, but upon closer look, I realized they also vacuumed and wiped down inside of car, including windows! wow! Jeff, Vicky and Jeannie are the folks I worked with. They all were extremely friendly, professional and delivered a high level of customer service; they performed beyond my expectations and did an excellent job. These guys are super nice. We hit a deer on the way home from Wisconsin and we had my car processed there by our insurance company and we are so glad they chose Glenbard Auto Body. They were super nice, friendly and quick. We had to get the hood replaced and it took about a week, brought the car home and saw something wasn't quite right and we called and they offered "bring it in any time and we'll fix it no problem". Brought my car here after being hit, sustained front and rear damage. After over a month and three separate shop stays my bumpers were still misaligned and they didn't seem to care. I was told by the owner that if I felt there were more problems, to call State Farm and "bring the car to another shop for a second set of eyes." I'm giving two star because the ladies at the front desk are very nice and prompt, and rental car service is convenient. I wish the actual work they did was as good as those features. I subsequently brought my vehicle to a second shop for its fourth visit. They had to replace both bumpers for a 3rd time, as the previous bumpers were not bolted in properly and the paint was already chipping after 3 weeks. There were several other problems noted that were not addressed by Glenbard Auto Body during the three times my car was there. In the end, my vehicle was totaled because the excessive repairs ended up costing more than the car's worth. Don't bring your car here if you can help it! read more

This is little bit over do but I need to write about the best the most caring the amazing place and the employees. My moms car was damage do to the car crash we had in July 2015. The car was towed to the Service King for 3 months they did nothing , told the insurance that the damage was so big that the car was put on the total damage, Insurance told as they will not pay for it. If I can save just one person with this review from taking their business to this auto body shop it will be worth posting this. From the beginning they were making mistakes. They missed the original repair estimate by $2,000! Just a little difference in cost. I had to repeatedly remind them to look at the bottom of the car for damages because they kept forgetting to put it on a lift. They waited two days to let me know the car was ready because they just forgot. They dropped the ball so many times I had to wonder if anyone was paying attention. I was looking around for places that could install an OEM spoiler that I had recently purchased for my car and it took a while before I came across the most friendliest people at Glenbard Autobody. I had spoken to Jeff about if they would be able to install my spoiler for me since I was afraid to drill holes into my car and remove a pre existing lid. I called my insurance agent and asked for a recommendation for a reputable auto body shop to repair some scuffs I got on my bumper in a minor scrape with one of the orange barrels in a repair zone. They recommended Glenbard Auto Body and I dropped by for an estimate prepared to hear some high quote to repaint the bumper. The technician asked if he could have 15 minutes to try buffing it out. I asked how much they would charge and he indicated that this was complimentary. I had no previous association or knowledge of this business. I was happy to let him try and spend a pleasant 15 minutes talking Mazda Miata with the owner, Janice. In 15 minutes, they returned the car looking like nothing had happened and wouldn't accept any payment or gratuity.
