Charles is super kind and really went out of his way to ensure we had a positive experience. It is always refreshing to find a business that does both great work and still provides good old-fashion customer service rooted in empathy, kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend them!

BEWARE...this body shop takes shortcuts and does negligent work. Took my 2025 vehicle to them after…read morea collision, kept my truck for 10 weeks (procurement of parts, supposedly), returned it with MORE issues than when I dropped it off. Have to pay out of pocket to a dealership to have repairs made properly. I would not trust this body shop with a Matchbox car. Door was replaced BUT the seal not properly installed, you can hear wind when driving over 15 mph. Windshield came back with 3 chips and the side mirror on the opposite side of the truck was scratched. There is residue on the leather arm rest adjacent to the door. To top it off, the customer service is horrible, a man and a woman that work the phones are very unpleasant. Communication is severely lacking and what I thought started off as a good transaction ended up horribly as soon as we held them accountable for their dishonesty. The only sign of integrity, which was appreciated, was when the owner offered to cover our rental to the tune of $2200, but that does not negate the poor craftsmanship on a $70K vehicle.

State Farm sent an electronic authorization to prepare a repair estimate, and the manager "Chuck" initially agreed to handle it. After several days with no follow-up, I visited the shop in person on Friday to find out what was happening. When I explained the situation calmly, the mechanic reacted angrily, used rude language (he told me "f*** yourself"), and said he was too busy to take the job. During the first meeting, I simply asked if paying cash would make the repair cheaper -- a straightforward question about payment options that any customer might ask. He said that shouldn't be a problem, but today he accused me of wrongdoing and refused to proceed. For the record -- I never asked anyone to do anything illegal or improper. I only requested a standard insurance estimate via State Farm so I could review my repair options before committing. Instead, I was ignored for days, treated disrespectfully in person, and falsely accused when I asked a reasonable question about payment. I left shocked at the lack of professionalism. I would caution others to think twice before doing business here. I saw a lot of good reviews and was ready to bring this body shop a lot of business (it's even close to my office), but this experience made it clear that some people forget it's the client who brings money to the business -- not the other way around.

WHY MY REVIEW MATTERS: Because I was paying out of pocket, not going through insurance. This is my…read morefirst-hand experience. I do not recommend this business. I try to be very disciplined in leaving 1-star reviews, but this business deserves it. I came in with a scratch that started at my driver-side door and ended on my passenger door. I was quoted and given an estimate by an employee. I called back to schedule a drop-off and a woman who called herself the owner was so difficult to speak with. Not only did she over-talk me, but she bad-mouthed her employees. She followed by saying her employee shouldn't have given me an estimate. I said, well why is the employee working there then? The owner replied, "Well she's new." To which I responded, "Well why was she left alone then?" I continued, "I have an estimate in the name of the company and I'd like to drop my car off and for the estimate to be honored." After going back and forth for 18 MINUTES, she finally agreed to "allow" me to drop my car off so that SHE could take a look. I got to the business, and the owner was even ruder in person. Then she said, well this quote is no good. Let's walk outside so I can give you a real estimate. Then she said, what [former employee] quoted you doesn't cover repair. So the scratch will still be there. After more back and forth arguing bc she wanted to double the price on me even though I was holding the work order in my hand showing her, I just left. My time and well-being are too important. I saw other negative comments about storage fees being 3x the industry standard - it's true ($110/day). I saw comments about the owner being unpleasant - it's beyond true. Avoid this place. It's not worth the price or the headache.
