I came here to get my bumper replaced after someone put a hole in it with a trailer hitch. The owner of this place keeps some very early hours, so you can drop your car off very early in the morning, which is great. This body shop did an excellent job on my car, did it for a reasonable price, and got it done overnight. I asked the owner if he could remove the old bumper stickers from my other bumper, and he did this for no charge, which was really nice and above and beyond the call of duty. Believe the hype! Auto Body Village definitely delivers on providing quality repairs at reasonable prices and quick turnaround. In fact he has so many customers that I had to wait a little over 3 weeks to get squeezed in. I took my car in on June 30th and he gave an estimate of July 3rd but finished a day earlier. Granted my car wasn't as badly damaged as most. He and his staff are definitely professional and he's very passionate about his work. My total cost wound up being a few hundred dollars cheaper than his initial estimate. Unfortunately for me now it fell below my deductible so I had to pay out of pocket and now I have the fun task of trying to collect from the at fault driver, which isn't going very well so far. Anyone know a good lawyer? *LOL*. But that's neither here or there. ABV does good work. My car looks as good as new. I hope never to have another accident but if I do, ABV will be my go to place. read more

I stopped at Auto Body Village on my way to work with my wife's 12+ year old Lexus that has developed rust spots in the rocker panels (the rest of the car is near perfect). The owner took a look at it and immediately said that he could fix it but he would just be stealing my money. The rust is in such a spot that there's really no way to permanently fix the issue. He advised me to save my money and drive it as it. When is the last time an auto body talked you out of spending money? I would give this impeccably clean and professional auto body shop the highest rating of 5-stars because, from the moment I picked up the phone and talked with Jim, I knew my car was in great hands. My brand new car, only 1-month old, was hit in the rear bumper and it was, therefore, not in the plans to have to be going to a body shop any time soon. However, when I called in and Jim picked up, he was so knowledgeable as to how the process worked, and so clearly informed me of the next steps to take regarding insurance and getting my car in to be evaulated by him in a timely fashion, that I knew I need look no further. Shortly thereafter, I had an appointment to get my bumper fixed but, in the interim, Jim or a member of his staff was always there if I called with any questions and instilled in me the utmost confidence that my new car was in good hands and that it would be back in perfect shape in no time. When I picked up my vehicle a few days after dropping it off, I was delighted at how wonderful it looked. Not only did the bumper look like nothing had ever happened, but also my whole vehicle had been really nicely washed, therefore looking as great as it did the day I had got it from the dealer just weeks prior. In spite of all the good reviews mistakes happen but standing by your mistakes is why I gave this place one star. My daughter had her headlight replaced here after being in a fender bender. The headlight was never sealed right and the bulb keep going out. We returned and they said it was not their fault maybe a manufacture problem. Unfortualy after paying them to replace it we had to have it replaced again at a reputable body shop. The cost of a whole head light is 600.00 Beware! read more

Save a trip and don't go! They have no employees and have a huge line of people waiting on them. A year ago I just needed my car window fixed and they basically told me to leave because they have too many customers and today after a year hoping things would be different went there cause I got rear ended and they told me I have to wait till the end of august(30 days). This guy has a very professional staff, clean and organized shop and opens VERY early, which is convenient for early starters. The pricing and quality of work is indicative of value and longevity. Jim runs a fairly crisp business and has a back log of work not because he's slow but because there are so many customers. I will go back here and do recommend to others. One last thing, we had our 2004 Accord in for minor damage repair up front, Jim mentioned that the hood was rusting prematurely on the underside and that he had repaired multiple cars already and that the corrosion warranty might still be available.
