She took care of everything, Adriene made sure my special day went off great like it was her own special day. She communicated with all the vendors, the caterer, the photographer, the bakery, anyone involved with my wedding Adriene took care of it all. She set up all the appointments that I needed to attend. She communicated with the wedding party to make sure everyone was on the same page knowing what their suppose to do. She met with the Pastor and the Singers. Adriene took care of all the decorations making sure they were perfect. Adriene went way way above and beyond. She came to mine and my girls fittings and since that nasty coronavirus showed during the planning of my wedding Adriene took it upon herself to have all of us mask to match my wedding color made. She understood right away. The vision match was there and she contributed lots of great ideas, in particular around entertainment and decor. Our wedding was a big success. She could have done better by not leaving everything to the last minute or so it seemed. I was losing sleep way too often because nothing was pinned down and I had to deal with too many "we're fine, don't you worry"'s. Bottom line I don't feel we got enough choices of vendors from her and some of the execution on the day-of was shaky. However I would also say that it wouldn't have happened without her. The decor was terrific and she helped us set up top notch Cirque-du-Soleil type entertainment. Admittedly my husband and I get perhaps a bit too involved. I think she is truly perfect when people just hand over to her a project with a vision match, a comfortable budget and let her roll with it. Since we are not planning to have a wedding every year and that we were trying to do a lot within our budget, it required more management than she might have been used to.

I have some event planning experience under my belt but we figured it'd be good to have someone there on the day to answer guest questions and coordinate all the vendor arrivals. Obviously our plans changed because of covid, but Robyn was there for every moment of our postponement...and then the second postponement...and finally the mad dash when we finally went for it. Those last few weeks were, all considered, very calm and organized because Robyn kept us on-task (in a friendly, nice way; she's NEVER pushy). Especially with so much uncertainty about everything these days, she was a really steadying presence. She had great suggestions when we asked her for them but was never pushy at all. Then, when the weekend finally came, we arrived at our beautiful remote venue...only for the entire area to lose power! Robyn kept everything running smoothly, from digging up spare candles to put on tables for the welcome dinner to figuring out the logistics for getting a generator on-site if the power outage continued into the wedding day. Fortunately we were able to have power for the afternoon and evening of the wedding, but since we were in good hands we just got to concentrate on getting married. All this, plus helping make our dining tables and reception area look beautiful, plus running a wedding ceremony. No big. When even your guests notice and appreciate how smoothly an event is going...that says a lot. Jessica's assurance and professionalism immediately put us at ease. With just a quick glance and conversation on where we were at the process, she was able to give us a clear idea on what still needed to be done and what it would take to get there. Communication, timeline creation, and additional planning with other vendors was a breeze once Jessica was on board. We didn't have much to work with when it came to rehearsal space/time. Our venue was not available the day before, but Jessica was able to make do with who was present/the space we had, and explained everything succinctly and clearly. The ceremony would not have been as smooth without her guidance! The day of was so easy for me - I'm sure there were hiccups (I heard about them afterwards), but I wasn't made aware of them and all problems were solved in a timely manner.
