It came about five days faster than they originally said it would. The part was exactly what I ordered and packaged securely for US Mail. I also appreciated that they had videos linked from their website for some of the cool tools I can get for my machine. Overall, I'm very happy with this experience and will probably order from them again if I need something for my sewing machine.

She is a font of ideas and suggestions, and if you bring photos of your garden and house she is more than willing to get you going. This is about as non-corporate as it gets, and the selection is way more diverse than the big box stores. The shrubs are grown and tended with care, and are guaranteed healthy--you can replace anything that doesn't survive. If you want great service with a personal touch, you can't go wrong here.
