It was sparkling clean! Always a good sign. The staff was super friendly and cheery. After perusing the menu, I decided on the Avocolada smoothie. I'm a sucker for anything with avocado in it, so I knew that this would be a hit. It most certainly was! So refreshing and of course... "tropical"! Well hey, what did you expect?! But honestly; this was one of those smoothies that was so good that I finished it within literal minutes. And then, couldn't stop sucking on the damn straw afterward. I had to get every little sip out of that cup! It was so good that I came back the next day after hiking in Zion. This time around, I got the Bahama Mama smoothie. It too was so tasty! Waited a while and then pulled into a spot and walked inside. A couple was waiting and all I wanted was a black coffee, simple. Three working behind the counter with one doing some work related task other than serving. All nice people for sure, smiles Yada Yada. Eventually got my coffee and walked to the truck noting the guy I was behind was at the window. Making coffee seems to have gotten very complex and long. Suggest a line for coffee only to speed people along who don't need all of the nonsense.
