I harvested a big bull elk, which I quartered up and had in game bags - about 300 lbs. When I took the meat to Whites, I asked for a weight of what I had brought in, and they told me they don't weigh it there. That should have been my first red flag. When I went to retrieve the meat, I received back two banana boxes of meat at about 90 lbs. total. When I questioned him about where the rest of it was, he quickly got nasty. He told me that I didn't F***ing know S**t, and that that is all you get out of a bull. In the past, I've taken the meat to other places, and even off a COW ELK I've gotten 150 lbs. I will NEVER go to White's again, and you should not either. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
