If you can't pick up your stuff in 30 days don't go there. I took 2 dresses. I live in Oklahoma and Michigan. When I went back for the summer to Michigan I forgot I had the dresses there. I went back when I came back to Oklahoma I went in and. The guy was acting funny like he knew which ones I was describing but couldn't find them. Then he was like I will check my house. I then asked why your house. He said I take things home and then will donate. (Very shady to take to your house). Yes I left it here more then 30 days but wouldn't you think it is good business to call customer and say hi do you know your stuff is here as a reminder. Then I could have explained my situation. Well I will never go back there and neither will my husband who use to take his pants. I just think someone is walking around with my 2 black dresses that still had tags on when I took them to him. More than impressed! I've been to several tailor shops in hopes of getting a favorite article of clothing to fit a little better and every time I'm either a tad disappointed or paid out the wazoo! This place rocked my sox on both levels! Took a pair of workout capris to see if they could get taken in. At first the lady said she didn't think she could do it, but after talking it out we came to a solution that may work! She said the back might be a little bunchy b/c of taking it in but that she could do it and I agreed. Picked them up and was a little scared to try them on, b/c I LOVE these workout pants and was going to be sad if they didn't fit right or fit worse than before... but... WAH-LAH! They fit like a glove, better than any workout pant has ever fit and NO BUNCHING! You can't even tell they've been taken in! & They're SOOOO comfortable now, no sagging or riding or any of the annoyances that I put up with previously b/c I just loved them so much. I can't believe it! All for the fair price of $15! I was in heaven! I will definitely be taking all my tailor needs to B&H! P.S. I have taken several suits, sport coats, slacks and shirts and have been impressed with the quality of the finished garment and the attention to detail. Well worth the wait. I have frequented B H over probably 10 to 15 years for different tailoring needs, but over the years I've also noticed that the increase of prices have rapidly outpaced others in the area. At this point, the prices have gone up so high that it no longer makes sense to use B H as a tailor, and I would encourage others to seek out additional tailors in the area for better pricing. read more

AMAZING. this man is so sweet and encouraging at this shop. I was in a pretty big predicament with a bridesmaids dress that was ordered online, and he worked MAGIC. I was told at a prior tailor that the dress looked horrible on me and nothing I could do would fix it. The dress I ordered was apparently specially made, and came in too small. After being told by the company that they could not help me, besides sending me extra fabric (that I had to purchase) I took it into this shop hoping a miracle could have been made. I need two pairs of pants tailored and B H was fabulous. A super easy and fast experience and my pants look amazing. It did take a lot longer than I had anticipated but it was worth the wait. I will say my only con here is the price. It cost me $50 to have two pairs of pants tailored. That felt a little high if I'm being honest. I can't speak highly enough of B H Tailor Shop. Mike and his team have saved me not once, but TWICE: 1) While serving as a maid of honor for my best friend's wedding, I made the mistake of taking my bridesmaid dress to a different tailor that was recommended by the dress shop. I ended up with a dress that was ill fitting and a complete disaster just two weeks prior to my friend's wedding. Another bridesmaid told me that B H Tailor shop had saved her wedding dress after a similar experience, and I went there hoping they could help. Mike expertly undid the damage done by the other tailor and had my bridesmaid dress fitting like a glove in time for the wedding. What a relief! 2) I recently got married myself. My wedding dress didn't arrive until two weeks before my own wedding, and yet again, I was in a pickle. This time though, I knew where to go. B H Tailor and Mike saved me! He assigned Trinh to assist me, and she altered my wedding dress perfectly and in a complete time crunch. They treated me like family every time I came for a fitting, and I couldn't be happier with how my dress turned out. I went in because I needed the seams on my leggings to be reinforced. The man that met me was super kind and it only took him about 5 minutes to go above and beyond what I had even asked for. I only needed a small section to be reinforced but he graciously did the entire waist band!! The final product was very well done and the best part was that when I started to pull out my card, he said it was free of charge!! First they were rude. Then they were cruel. I had a wedding to go to this weekend, and I was wanting to get 4 pants hemmed. Googled to find BH Tailor and thought I would give it a shot. I first called them to ask what time they closed and they told me 6:00pm. I hung up, and plugged in the location into my GPS, which told me that I would be arriving right at 6:00pm. I immediately called them back in order to explain the dilemma. I began by saying, "Hi, I'm the guy that just called you to ask about your closing time..." and before I could even explain why I had called back, I was yelled at, "I TOLD YOU ALREADY, WE CLOSE AT 6PM! LISTEN!" I was shocked and appalled because he didn't even allow me to finish my sentence. I should have just hung up, but I decided to try and not let it get to me. I then said, "Yes, I already knew that, but I would be arriving right at 6pm. Would that still be okay, or should I come on another date?" His attitude immediately changed and he said, "Oh, yes! That's okay. We will wait for you." Thinking everything was okay, I thanked him and continued on my way to their location. I pulled up to their parking lot right at 5:58pm after driving way out of my way only to find all their lights off and the door locked. I was so furious, especially since I drove out of my way to get there, got there before their 6pm closing time, and was told that they would 'wait for me'. First yelled at, then deceived. Never written a review before, but the quality of their customer service deserved this one. Took my pants to another location that closed at 6:30pm just a few miles from their location. read more
