Claimed it was my fault for not some how booking the appointment for the alignment. Not shure how else to book an appointment only for tires when I stated I wanted all new tires and an alignment. Perhaps there is some secret smoke signal that allows one to include a booking for an alignment. Will be waisting another day off to finish the incompleted work.

I made an appointment to have some work done on my truck. After an hour drive I arrived to find out that the parts needed for my truck were never ordered, therefore the work could not be done. Disappointed and frustrated I would have to take a day off work to have the work done in the future, not an ideal situation. However The front man Levi owned up to the ordering error, which I respect, and was very concerned making it right for me. He rushed to order my parts and the work was completed the next day. At the end of it I realized that you don't find too many businesses nowadays that take the blame for the mistake and are concerned about making the customer feel satisfied. Hats off to Levi and crew. I will pass along my experience to those in my neck of the woods.

I spoke with the driver, Levi and he told me all the things they offer. He was very knowledgeable and great to speak with. I since scheduled my truck to have a tonneau cover installed and was very pleased with the customer service and quality of the installation. I will definitely be bringing it back for other modifications!

Mark showed me the brakes and told me I still had 75% usage to go on them. He then showed me the bent rod and explained that it should be replaced and that was all that needed to be done. The price to replace it is less than the brakes would've been. I'm ecstatic at the honesty and compassion of this business. Their business etiquette is very impressive. Thank you Mark and Dustin!!! Would recommend them tenfold and then some!!!

Tried to get my vehicle aligned on 9/4, and coming around 2 hours it was announced the tech was was…read morehaving issues with rear toe but was newer to alignments so to come back when master tech would be there, so we rescheduled to 9/6. Took it in again and they worked on it for close to couple hours but again only started with rear. They couldn't get it in, and made a suggestion of throwing parts at it to try because they couldn't get it in spec, or some work around possibilities to not fix the issue but be "corrected". They didn't even touch the front or have anything corrected otherwise but wanted to charge for full alignment being done "because I ate up their time and my vehicle should un-drivable with the current alignment". Well to charge for alignment then should've at least aligned the front. There was no talking to them once I said about the front not even being done, and how can you charge for an alignment without even touching the front, which was just told you can go.
