When I called them to make an appointment, although the price increased, they still charged me the original quoted price. They didn't have to do it but they did and I'm truly grateful. Brought 2 of our vehicles here to have the tires swapped. My husband and I have both worked in the auto industry do we already the tire sizes were able to be swapped, and for that matter both our vehicles are front wheel drive! My husband asked to see the vehicles while they were in the air (to double check), and sure enough FWD. He asked the girl who checked us in if she could just let tech know to double check before they give customers wrong info. She pulled the tech aside and told us tell him yourself, so my husband did. Tech had nothing to say except "ok" and gave him a dirty look. There was no "hey we were wrong we apologize"... just nothing. When cars were done my husband tried to tell the tech have a good day and he walked away and didnt even acknowledge him. We came here because ive been a customer in the past and never had an issue. 1. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3. Walking away and not acknowledging a customer who was polite but pointed out your mistake and told you that you were wrong - unprofessional. We wont be back.

Claimed it was my fault for not some how booking the appointment for the alignment. Not shure how else to book an appointment only for tires when I stated I wanted all new tires and an alignment. Perhaps there is some secret smoke signal that allows one to include a booking for an alignment. Will be waisting another day off to finish the incompleted work.

I made an appointment to have some work done on my truck. After an hour drive I arrived to find out that the parts needed for my truck were never ordered, therefore the work could not be done. Disappointed and frustrated I would have to take a day off work to have the work done in the future, not an ideal situation. However The front man Levi owned up to the ordering error, which I respect, and was very concerned making it right for me. He rushed to order my parts and the work was completed the next day. At the end of it I realized that you don't find too many businesses nowadays that take the blame for the mistake and are concerned about making the customer feel satisfied. Hats off to Levi and crew. I will pass along my experience to those in my neck of the woods.

I spoke with the driver, Levi and he told me all the things they offer. He was very knowledgeable and great to speak with. I since scheduled my truck to have a tonneau cover installed and was very pleased with the customer service and quality of the installation. Mark showed me the brakes and told me I still had 75% usage to go on them. He then showed me the bent rod and explained that it should be replaced and that was all that needed to be done. The price to replace it is less than the brakes would've been. I'm ecstatic at the honesty and compassion of this business. Their business etiquette is very impressive. Thank you Mark and Dustin!!!
