Put on the spare tire and had her make an appointment at town fair tire (Attleboro) the following day she goes and get its fixed said that it took a few hours because they were busy, yes even though you have an appointment expect to wait a minimum of 45min although I've been there for up to 3 hours in the past for a simple plug in a tire. Several hours later after driving it for a little bit She then lets me know that her car sound horrible and is makes all sorts of noises. Went out to take a look at it and found the problem very quickly. They completely forgot to tighten any of her lugs nuts every single one was hand Tight. Now this could have ended in a tragedy. Thankfully her tire did not fall off as she was driving. Do better before you guys kill Someone!

The front tire had a nail and was irreparable. A chain shop told me I had to get four new tires or I would "void my warranty". ??? Tires aren't covered in my 60k mile warranty, so how would getting less than 4 new tires void it, especially the same brand? My business partner recommended Seekonk Tires and when I came in, Jono, the owner simply asked me what size I needed and told me they had 5 kinds of tires. The projected miles and prices were explained clearly and there was no pressure to buy 4 or even 2. I got the tire I needed now for $70 when it would have been $140 at the chain store. I bought a Groupon for Broadway tire for an oil change and it cost me like 60 bucks and I'm thinking when I get there they'll be like an up charge or something nope 60 bucks I couldn't believe it. Then I asked them like what the regular price would be and it was 110 literally half the price of what I've been paying everywhere else. They were so nice. But it's been over a year now and he's never going back because they're crackhead scumbags that work here. I honestly don't know why he brought his car there as long as he did because every time would be a problem they never fix things correctly and he always end up paying more than he should. Which brings me to the time I was having car trouble and they told me my car needed ball joints or something like that when it really needed a transmission that was covered under warranty. So I paid for something to be fixed that wasn't broken and still had to go elsewhere to have my car fixed. Horrible lying unethical business.
