I went in for what should have been a simple installation of two new tires, yet it took nearly two hours to complete. Throughout the visit, I felt ignored and dismissed because I was a woman, and the customer service was unprofessional from start to finish. When I left, my vehicle had serious front-end issues that were not present before. I returned, waited another two hours, and was told they had test-driven the vehicle twice. Despite that, they still returned an unsafe vehicle to me. They claimed it needed further diagnostics but said it wasn't something they handled and told me I could come back later in the week to have it checked. After leaving, I quickly realized the vehicle was still unsafe to drive, so I returned once again. I waited almost another two hours before a different technician finally looked at it. He simply rotated the tires, and the work took less than 30 minutes. However, they refused to test drive the vehicle unless I waited another hour, even though the shop was closing in about 20 minutes. They also refused to schedule or perform the additional diagnostics they had previously told me to come back for later in the week. To make matters worse, the employees refused to provide their names when I asked, and they were hesitant to provide information for management. Overall, I spent almost six hours over multiple visits for a basic tire installation and still left with an unsafe vehicle and no real resolution. The lack of professionalism, accountability, communication, and customer service was unacceptable. I expected much better from a company that promotes safety and quality service. I will not be recommending service or returning!

Nice enough guys, but they don't stand behind their work. $180 to mount and balance 4 tires! Even…read morethough I've had single tires balanced there within the last 6 months for $15. Make sure you ask before you go with tires bought outside. (They do have a $10/tire disposal fee. But that still comes to $35/tire to mount and balance! Why the extra $20/tire? More than double!) After paying too much to get them mounted and balanced they were vibrating after two weeks. I was told "sorry you're on your own, you didn't buy them here" If you do buy the tires there and pay a premium then they will correct their mistakes. If you don't buy them there then "you're on your own" if your tire is not balanced correctly. They won't even consider checking to make sure they are OK. It's unfortunate, as I like supporting local businesses, but next time I'll go to a chain where I can get some satisfaction if someone makes a mistake, or at least will take the time to check and see if they may have made a mistake. I'd avoid this place unless you want to buy the tires there with a 30% markup. I'm sure they will stand behind the overpriced tires. They lost 3 customers today. Me and my two adult kids.

After an hour of rocket science (deducing how to get the spare un-cabled and finding the tire jack), I finally got the spare on and made it there. All that after minimal bloodshed and only two or three four-letter words. Now I've been going to Roland's for years and have always had great service. I don't know much about tires but they always do their best to listen to what I need and make their best recommendation. I never walk out feeling taken advantage of and this time was no exception. I got one decent quality tire at a good price and they ended up fixing the stem on another that was leaking free of charge. The cherry on top was the very next day when I went to re-cable the spare to the undercarriage. Dreading the session after struggling to take it off the day before, I discovered that they had already quietly done it. Guys, don't change a thing; you've got my business!

When I picked up the truck I noticed a silver bright spot in the face of my wheel. They took a chunk of aluminum off of my wheel. Then I drove it home and realized the steering wheel was not centered and the truck would pull to the right if I straightened the wheel to the center. When I got home I said to myself I should check the lug nuts to make sure they are tight and what do you know i had loose lug nuts on all my wheels. I had to literally tighten my lugs as most of them were just snug. Now I remember why people say dont go to the Somerset Rolands tire. Also the president of Rolands doesn't get back to you when you email him of call to leave him messages to tell him his Somerset location has terrible service and they have the mentality as they dont care about you or fixing something they did wrong. I paid to have them to do a job and they failed miserably. I ended up going to Quality Auto in Somerset Ma to pay for another alignment and it was perfectly straight. Please avoid the Somerset Rolands Tire so you don't have a terrible experience like i did.

They explained to me that I would be in need of new brakes come Fall and if I chose to only do the front or back separately that I should defiantly get the back done first. I felt as if they really cared about my car. I didn't feel like a number there. I will defiantly be going back for my brakes in the Fall! I feel as though I can trust the owner with my car and that he wouldn't ever take advantage of me.

I can't do that I work nights and generally need uninterrupted sleep. I show up, they don't put my car in queue, it just goes in the office. They tell me it will take 1 hour to 2 hours to look at the vehicle. I want to 2 and half hours and realize, they are not going to do my car. I left. They have three guys at a desk. The inability to communicate that they are too overwhelmed with work is a problem. Instead of having these three guys, hire some more mechanics. This isn't just a Sullivan's tire issue, it is a problem wherever you go these days. I long for the days of reliable mechanics that earn your service by taking care of your car in a timely and honest way.

He has an a large attached warehouse and fabricates parts and hoses on the spot!! Who else does that?!? He gets it done right the first time, which is a big deal when time is money. I was referred to him by a series of different mechanics that couldn't help me. He also has a couple of mobile trucks if you are stranded. And saving the best for last, he is the best priced mechanic around. I've learned quite a bit just listening to what he has to say and see it come true. When a guy can diagnose and fix the problem fast, the bill is always cheaper.. A truck genius!!! And I have even see him do an in frame on excavator equipment, work on buses and even pickups. He's done right by me a few times already when other mechanics are either incapable or too pricey to deal with, so this is just a small token of my appreciation.
