We had a flat tire and brought our car to a competitor becasue we literally had the flat in front of them. the competitor went on and on about how our brakes needed to be replaced and the cost would be about $1400, we just got the tire replaced then brought it to warren, I told them the brakes needed replacing and to go ahead - they called me an hour later and advised that my brakes were 100% fine - 4 months later we are still fine. They had the green light for a guaranteed sale and were honest instead - they've earned my business! read more

As happens sometimes, I had a damaged tire from a nail. A friend recommended Warren. I expected to kill a morning getting it done. To my surprise I walked in, explained my problem and was told they would get right to it. 20 minutes and $28 later I drove out with a fully repaired tire. Kudos for the friendliness and quick service. Also I would have been happy to adopt their dog trixie. There is great service out there. read more

I needed to get my brakes and rotors changed on my Honda. I called at least 4 places and most of them were way overpriced compared to the estimate Warren Tire gave me. The receptionist was polite and very helpful and informative. She even got me in on a Saturday. I spoke to Jeremy who runs the place and he was great!!! They fixed my brakes and didn't try to take advantage of me by hustling me into other senseless repairs. Im so glad my car was serviced here. Definitely coming back again for tires and brakes. Damaged my vehicle. I came here in June prior to driving across the country to have a tire replaced. I asked them to place the tire on the rear right as that was where my car had the most weight and wanted the tire to wear to fit the rest. I was about 5 hours into the drive in Upstate New York and noticed how rough my car was driving. After checking out the tires I realized they put the tire on the front of my car. I had also just gotten an alignment the day before at another shop. I pulled off a random exit in NY and into a small garage I had GPS'd and asked if they could rotate my tire, which they agreed to without charge. I stood by my car this entire time. When the mechanic took off the cap covering my bolts we discovered there were only 4 OF 5 BOLTS in my god damn wheel. As he unscrewed the 3 and proceeded to take out the 4, these morons at Warren tire put in one of the bolts sideways and completely stripped the threading on my hub. The bolt itself was broken. He gave me another bolt which we placed in, but could not be tightened because the entire thing was stripped. I continued to drive across the country to Oregon and check the tire every 100 miles or so. These guys are f$%king idiots. Who does this? Who the f$*k would put 4 bolts on and leave the 5th off? Something serious could've happened. I did not contact Warren Tire so I have no idea if they would reimburse me or cover the $120 I paid to have this spacer on my car replaced. I just did not want to deal with it as I was on a cross country trip and won't be returning to Pawtucket... but beware. These idiots screwed up my car and put me not only in danger but also set me back $100. read more

Fast, friendly service. Have been here many times over the years and have always found them to be honest and affordable. This time I came in for a slow leak to be plugged....within 20 minutes I was out the door! It's nice to come in for a service and not be told you need 20 other repairs just to up sell $$$!! I am beyond frustrated with a service/warranty failure with this company. It is very upsetting that a warranty was not honored. I will not be shopping with this company EVER AGAIN! I recommend going anywhere but here. The customer service person was dishonest and ordered a tire that She agreed the tire would be under warranty. When I went back to get the tire I was disputed about it and told i could get it for cost. This is not the service I expected from this business, and the response was low down and dishonest. read more

Totally unprofessional. Made an appointment to take my Tesla Model 3 - an extremely popular car that has 500,000 units on US roads - in for a winter rim changeover. They took my info over the phone including the make and model of my car. I asked if it being a Tesla was a problem, and they assured me it was not. Once I arrived, they took all my info again as if they never asked for it over the phone. This made me nervous, so I asked again if the Tesla would be a problem - the only difference between this and any other car is that lifting by the marked lift points is essential. Almost any mechanic has the means to do this. But not Warren Tire. After waiting 5 minutes for confirmation of this, the woman comes back out to tell me that they "don't do Teslas" because its "too risky". Too risky?? It's a $40k car. Do they not take in any cars worth more than $40k? If that doesn't speak volumes about the owner not trusting his own work, I don't know what does. The most unprofessional part of this is that they waited until I placed all the tires and rims in the car, got my wife out of work early to drive me back home, and drove to the place to tell me they can't help me. And on top of that it's the desk girl, not the owner, who came to tell me. A real business owner takes ownership when they screw up. This ain't it, fellas. Broadway Tire is literally a couple hundred feet up the road. They have a much bigger lot, have no problem taking in Teslas, give you the price of the work upfront, and were generous enough to get me in right away when they found out what happened here. read more

I went here on a whim after I hit a pot hole and blew a tire out. I showed up and they had the tires waiting for me when I arrived which was nice since I had to get to work, but when a mechanic friend of mine went to put the tires on my car the same day, we realized they were completely dry rotted! I went back to Warren Tire the next day to return the tires, the woman at the front desk was completely shell shocked and had no idea what to say. When one of the guys came out to take the tires out of my car, he didn't say a single word to me, nor did he even look at the tires. Overall, they were very unfriendly and very unreliable. read more

I've been to Warren Tire a few times now for myself and also for my son's car this year. The staff at Warren Tire haven't disappointed me yet. Super helpful AND quick with their service. Even during this morning's super busy rush at 8am (after a snow storm). The phones were ringing and customers were lined up. The staff were still smiling, friendly, quick, and efficient. My emails and phone calls have all been returned quickly and my questions/concerns are always addressed. This is my first ever car experience. I am a new driver so once I seen the tire pressure light come on on the dashboard, I got super nervous. I checked my tire and seen there was a nail stuck on my rear passenger tire. My friends told me hey jess, it's no biggie. Just get it plugged and it's not even an expensive issue. So me being me, I decided to google a tire shop near me and Warren Tire was rated high AND it was down the street from my job. I decided to give it a try and I'm so happy that I did. Kano was super helpful and seen the nail in my tire without even saying anything when I pulled up. He took my tire off and went to the back and when he came back, he told me the nail wasn't the issue at all and wasn't causing a slow leak. He put air in my other tires and said the one he took off was the only one that was low. So he said hold on, I'm going to take the tire apart and see if it's a different issue. TADA! It was just that. He took me to the back and showed me inside of my tire, it had already been plugged from a previous car owner and he said it was an easy fix. This whole process took maybe 25 minutes and I left a happy customer and will be a returning one at that. Super happy that I had someone who took his time and was able to resolve the issue.
