I went to his office and we started with x rays. Dr. Citriniti explained everything to me in detail what was wrong and how we can fix the problem. We then proceeded with fixing my issue. I have never been to a dentist that really cared about the issue I was having. When he put the needle in my mouth I did not even feel it. Every other dentist would just shove the needle in your gums. I was there for a good hour and a half. He fixed my problem and believe me I had to have a lot of work done. I give Dr. Citriniti 5 stars. I needed four wisdom teeth removed in a hospital setting due to other complex and rare medical conditions I have. For the past year, I went to six other oral surgeons explaining the care I need and each of them couldn't accommodate my needs for a variety of reasons. After advocating for myself and my wisdom teeth getting progressively worse, I found Dr. Peter Protzel & his staff, who were able to do my surgery in the hospital setting I needed. His incredible staff worked with my insurance company to get the surgery approved through my health insurance. It's been a little over 1 week post op and I'm back to my regular self, no more swelling, and the recovery was much better than I expected. Dr. Protzel in my eyes, was the only oral surgeon that actually was able to have empathy for my complex situation and I'm thankful for him and his staff's dedication to my health.
