I called to inquire about a rather extensive European vacation my wife and I are planning for next…read moreyear and the response I received by whomever answered the phone (no name was given) was shocking. Never before have I been spoken to in such a condescending tone. Read on if interested: It started with an aggressive "los gatos travel" which sounded very rude and like I was bothering them. I then described the vacation we are planning, she paused, and then asked "well have you worked with us before?" I said no we have not. She then asked "okay, were you referred by someone?" I also said no we were not. She then said "how did you hear about us?" The tone on this question sounded like she was surprised we were able to reach them without having been referred. I said that I found them on yelp since they had great reviews. She then said "okay to be honest with you a client who we've never worked with and also does not know anyone who has worked with us I don't think we can take on a brand new client right now we have been in business x years and this would probably not be possible." This one was a little surprising since I was planning this a year in advance. She then said "I assume you have never worked with a travel agent before" to which I said that I have actually several times before. This is when I got upset. She said she would "send me an email for me to send dates and maybe go from there" and I responded that I was not interested in working with their business and expressed my displeasure with the interaction. Might sound dramatic but I think this was the worst interaction I have ever had with a local business. It's a shame because I was planning to give them a significant amount of business only to be turned away because of her ego. Hopefully all of you have a better experience.

They had my visa already ready for pickup in only a week from my appointment that I brought my passport and application to. I'm really glad I went through them to get my visa. It saved me a lot of time and trouble. They were very detailed and clear throughout the process from looking through my first online application, telling me everything that needed to be corrected (I had some errors since the fields weren't that clear to me), checking through my printed application again in person at my appointment (which had some errors due to the system), and making sure I knew what to correct before making the final application they could use. In London our hotel was right in south Kensington one of the best neighborhoods in London. In Paris we stayed at a lovely boutique hotel where from our windows you could see the Eiffel Tower all lite up at night. In Venice our hotel was right on the main canal with wonderful views and the water taxi right at our front door. Her knowledge of all the area's and where to stay were ideal. My family and I had the most horrific time…read morewith this travel agent who gave us wrong information and made us lose about $500 total and did not offer any sort of support, instead began to raise her voice and scold us over the phone. Back story: you are not booking through the agent, the agent is booking through a third party. We booked a vacation to Waikiki for two and was promised a Luau to be included in our package that would be walking distance as we did not rent a car. This all seemed well, as we were given instruction from Linda to walk across the street and enjoy our experience. When the day and hour came, we were at the wrong location and the luau was scheduled for a different location across the island, two hours away. With Linda's poor attitude and misinformation (given to us in person and on a voice message) we called her the following day and asked for guidance on fixing the situation. She proceeded to yell at me over the phone that I had been the one in the wrong and she refused to help the situation. She said that I had messed up and she had no reason to offer her assistance. Overall, we lost out on $500 and had a poor costumer service experience. You're better off going to another travel agency or organizing a trip on your own.

He said this is the most affordable place to get Visa documents done, ($80), as well as book Airlines/Travel reservations, all in one spot. Miss Jeannie (Dung Bui) took care of all of our travel itinerary needs. She said the Visa documents would take perhaps 2 weeks to process. A week after we met with her, she called and said "Your VN Visas are ready for pick-up." WOW that was fast. We came in to pick up the Visas and booked our flights for an up-coming vacation to Vietnam on the spot. All went smoothly, Ms. Jeannie said she would check in with us again before we leave, just in case anything regarding the Airlines (Asiana) could change before our departure date. So far so good, we're very happy with the service received and look forward to recommending this agency to others.

We met with Biksee Du (Bich Tho) @ Signature Travel and Tours. We shared our specific travel plans including destinations that we wanted to visit, and our other travel needs. She reassured us that she could create a very good itinerary, and that if her staff listed hotels that we didn't approve of, we could trade them for the accommodations we preferred. Biksee stated that she would get back to us, but several days passed without any word. We attempted to text and to call her personal cell but did not get a response. Finally we were able to speak with her. Then we received an itinerary by email. Several of our destinations were missing! We called Biksee and texted her, requesting that she get back to us but she never returned our call or text. WE DO NOT recommend using Signature Travel and Tours.
