Let me start off by saying it was an absolute pleasure working with Irene. My family recently booked a trip through her, a tropical vacation in Mexico. Her knowledge, patience, and communication are fantastic. We wanted to go to an all-inclusive resort. We had never been to one before, so like most people, I thought, "I can totally find something myself". I was immediately overwhelmed with options, which is when I connected with Irene. Yes you can find the great deal yourself but if there some problems with the canceled flight or expired passport and you have to reschedule than it is a huge headache. At the last minute we decided to take a family cruise during Spring Break. I found Irene through Yelp and in the late afternoon on March 17th, I contacted Irene via email and by the evening, she had several cruises to select from and had even put in temporary holds knowing that time was of the essence since we were booking so late. Our family just returned from a Spring Break vacation to Sandos Carocol Eco Resort -all inclusive- in Playa del Carmen. Irene is amazing! We had many hurdles, mostly big ones, to deal with while planning our Carnival vacation,. The most traumatic was the death of my husband 1 week before we were supposed to leave.
