I was looking to book in a specific fare class (so that I could upgrade using United miles) and that option was not available on EVA's website or on other online services like Expedia or Orbitz. (Side note: an agent at Expedia had never even heard of fare classes! I was shocked!) I would normally much rather book a ticket online, if I can, to avoid booking fees and dealing with actual people who may screw up the ticket. I usually avoid using travel agents. I have never posted a review on Yelp before and felt the need to do so in this case because the agent at Wonder Travel was THE BEST! First of all, his English was excellent (Asian-American - perfect English), so that was not an issue at all. The agent was extremely helpful and was able to price out my itinerary (4 legs) in the fare class I wanted in about 10 minutes. Ticketing was complete 5 minutes later. I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with booking through Wonder Travel. Highly recommended. A++++

We always felt that we are in safe hands. The support we got at every airports, and hotels made us more comfortable. The van, the driver, guide was carefully selected. The hotels were clean and nice. It is noteworthy to mention a word about Tiana our private cab tour to Montmarte. There is no doubt that he is truly a professional guide. He dress well, well discipline, well knowledgeable, vigilant and top of that well informed and connected. Prior to our trip, Cynthia made sure we have all our vouchers, and anything we needed to clarify regarding the trip. She prepared us well like she was with us like personal tour guide. In London our hotel was right in south Kensington one of the best neighborhoods in London. In Venice our hotel was right on the main canal with wonderful views and the water taxi right at our front door. Her knowledge of all the area's and where to stay were ideal. Can you image sit in a van for 7 days and under every seat, they put water supply under the seat, not just the seat super small , I can't even stretch my leg at all. Air condition even worse. Its hot in the front and cold in the back, no way we can control or adjusted it . No assign tour guy, basically our driver is our tour guy too. I found the tour guy use his cellphone taking pictures many times when he drive . And every morning, driver always late, we have to wait for him most of the time . For food, Chinses buffet everyday . After 2nd day, I just pay, I can't eat any of that food anymore. They choice the Chinese restaurant alone in the plaza, so I can't go other nearby restaurant to eat at all. The last day we need to combine w other tour bus to go back ( finally we can sit in the real bus), tour guy ask us to pay $65 each for tip before we move to other bus. After we pay the tip, he basically just throw us out the van, don't care about us at all. No one tell us where to seat , no help for moving the luggage . We went to the bus, don't know where to sit, but get yell by the people already in the bus , says " go to the back. You can't sit in the front " who knows, the seat was empty.... wth.... Very unprofessional, I don't care they might be cheaper( I never compare) but if you're in business, need to have right conscience to serve your customer . Bad bad choice to go with this agent . They only care about your money . Not your safety nor your satisfaction either !

When the clouds look threatening, this is my go to spot since the upstairs area isn't fully covered from the elements. So there won't be too many people sitting and staying other than the occasional tourist taking a selfie with the view. And there's a coffee bar downstairs! I got a dry cappuccino, extra hot. I don't believe they charge for alt milk so love that. I heard they will do Apple art in the foam but I didn't get it this time, so I'll have to come back again. There's a lot of people downstairs since it's the most accessible so staff was pretty busy with back to back orders. They kept the coffee bar area clean and orderly. Other side is an Apple Store where you can purchase products, test things out, and sometimes they hold classes and workshops in the open concept space. They have additional items you might not find in the average Apple Store. They seem fairly priced for branded items not found normally. This location is free to visit with free parking. Pro tip: there's a garage downstairs with even more parking. This is one of the spots I always take visitors to the Bay Area to!

This was a…read morelast-minute getaway with some very unique circumstances, and Amy handled everything with such care, thoughtfulness, and expertise. She not only made it all come together seamlessly, but also saved us a few thousand dollars by choosing the perfect hotel and ideal travel dates. From the very beginning, we felt completely taken care of--and that feeling stayed with us the entire trip. What could have been stressful turned into something incredibly special. The experiences she planned were beyond anything we could have imagined. We spent our days laughing, bonding, and trying new things--ziplining through the jungle, ATVing through forests and shallow rivers, and even swimming half a mile through a breathtaking cenote. We saw dolphins and sea turtles, visited a beautiful Mayan village, and enjoyed some of the most authentic and delicious Mexican food we've ever had. There were also so many magical, unexpected moments--like spending time with monkeys and deer, and even spotting a massive wild stingray. Every day felt like something out of a dream. What meant the most to us, though, was how safe we felt the entire time. As someone who is usually a very nervous traveler, I can honestly say I felt completely at ease. Amy created an experience that was adventurous and exciting, yet always grounded in a deep sense of safety and trust. This truly was a trip of a lifetime, and we are so grateful to Amy for making it possible. Her attention to detail, her ability to understand exactly what we needed, and her genuine care for her clients set her apart in every way. We will be talking about this trip for years to come--and we cannot wait to work with her again.

Amy planned an amazing family trip to Europe a few years ago, so of course we had to go back and…read moreask her to help us again! We went to Venice, Florence, Bologna, Milan, and Mykonos. As always, Amy was courteous, professional, quick to respond, and catered the trip around its purpose, which was to celebrate a graduation. She answered all of our questions and concerns. We wanted a more relaxed trip than last time, so we opted to choose our own activities, but asked Amy to help us book them. This time we needed quite a few train tickets to navigate through Italy, and Amy chose great ones. I was stressed about our luggage and how we would watch/store it, etc, but we were able to put all our luggage above our seats and didn't have to worry about anything. Once again, Amy arranged private transfers to/from the airports/hotels for us. All of the hotels were in amazing locations within easy walking distance to great sights and great food. One of the hotels was a bit outdated, butwas built in the 1700s and is probably extremely difficult and expensive to modernize. The location was just down the street from the Duomo though. Honestly, could not get better than that. Overall, trip was so much fun and relaxing. Venice was a sleeper hit. We all wished we had more time there. Taking the vaporetto in was an experience! Very cool and convenient to take it straight to the hotel as well. It was really great to spend more time in Florence and get to wander and see the city. Some of us went to the top of the dome of the Duomo, view was amazing. The climb was intense though! Bologna food tour was incredible!!! Definitely want to go back and eat literally everything. Milan was a good pit stop and we wished we had gotten tickets to see inside the Duomo.  Mykonos was beautiful and the transfer company was great. Super nice and we used them for taxi service as well. Hotel had a free shuttle to and from Mykonos town until 9pm. The catamaran tour was beautiful, amazingly relaxing, and one of the highlights of Greece. It wasn't super windy that day, so it was basically perfect! Only bump was that 2 days before we left we were trying to check in for the flight home and it said there was an issue and talk to the travel agent. I reached out to Amy and we found out that one of the airlines we were using to get home had cancelled the flight without notifying her or us of the change. Definitely not what we wanted to hear right before we needed to fly back. But Amy was fantastic. She told us don't worry, this was why we had an agent, it was her job to worry about everything and that we just needed to enjoy our last day. Amy got back to me pretty quickly (all things considered) and had booked new flights for the 8 of us. And even though we weren't sitting 8 together, she was able to get us seats of 4 and 4 close to each other. It was still a little stressful waiting to see if we were stranded or not, but nothing in comparison to if we'd had to do all of that ourselves. Thank goodness for Amy and travel insurance!!! Another unforgettable trip; THANK YOU, Planet Hoppers.
