Maybe just a little more cooking them but either way they were still good. The brisket was good, tender, but they could use some more smoke on them, and I don't know if they have the fatty brisket since they didn't ask us and there was none in there. The fatty brisket is always tender and flavorful if cooked right. The pulled pork could use some more smoke and were a little dry. The sausage tasted really good but they had no smoke flavor and they looked like they were grilled. The mac n cheese looked and tasted like box mac n cheese, not very good or close to it at all. The baked beans tasted really good and the meat in it was flavorful. The red beans and rice was not good at all. The flavor on them was something that I couldn't figure out. Beans should have some souther flavor to them. The greens were just okay as well, they needed some seasiong to them. The fried mushrooms were really good as well.
