I got Pulled Pork, Brisket sandwiches and Loaded Mac. Starting with the Loaded Mac which consists of a base of Macaroni and Cheese with Pulled Pork, bbq sauce, shredded cheese and bomb sauce. This had tons of different flavors which made for a great dish. The Pulled Pork and Brisket sandwiches were nice and moist and had a nice smoky flavor to them. The sandwiches came with sauce and potato chips which were very tasty. Everything was reasonably priced for trucks. I will for sure return to try a few more things. You should too!!! But, aside from the Covid comments above, how would one know that there was no salt on it until one tasted it, necessitating another trip back to the truck to get salt. The brisket was cut into thick slices and it was so juicy and the crisp on the bark with the smoky flavors was insanely delicious. The pulled pork was hand pulled and seasoned to perfection. They came on sandwich as part of the "World Famous Meal Deal" and it was a MONSTER of a sandwich. Pulled Pork and Brisket piled as high as the plate could handle. There's even an area to sit behind the food truck if you wanted to hang out there, which is what we did. I don't need the judgement, but I had a lot (it's been over 20 years since I've had these dishes) ... I had about 4 Chebureki (crescent shaped deep-fried pastry with meat inside), 2 Samsa (flakey pastry with either beef or lamb), 1 Lagman (think of a hearty soup mixed with light pasta - consists of meat, different vegetables, and noodles, VERY filling). I ate the most I've had in my life. Everything tasted delicious and nostalgic. It's not pricey at all and very worth it. With Columbus not having many Russian & Uzbek restaurants, it really makes me happy that this food truck exists and bringing a bit of diversity to Columbus. The sandwich came out on a toasted brioche bun with the logo branded on it. The sandwich had a fair amount of pork on it but part was warm and part cold. It was chopped up well and had a nice smoky flavor to it. The Mac and cheese was a thicker style but needed a little more flavor to it. Baked beans had a more neutral flavor to them, they added a fair amount of pepper to them to help with flavor. Not bad at all. They were out of cornbread which being open just a couple of hours is unacceptable. I will give them a pass for this visit as they are obviously just getting on their feet. Hopefully it gets better.
