I accidently overpaid my service charges using autopay. I emailed Orifice and they agreed. I have waited 6 weeks for some action. I went to their office and the woman said that she did not know when she would talk to her supervisor again. "It could be weeks" and that she was not authorized to cut a check. The office is a disaster, run down, and it seemed to me to be disorganized. I will be taking them to court. Avoid them.
