I currently just started and have been in level 4 and 5 beds 7 times now. I'm not as dark I feel…read morethat I should be and have been using other beds from up north about 5 times and I was super dark. I'm going to give back the tanning product I bought with a bronzer in it and hopefully switch it out for a non bronzing one as it feels like most of the color I have has come from the bronzer or the spray tan which I also plan on not using so I can see how dark I am getting from tanning there and outside. I love the place and most of the people. I did pay full price for the sauna with the salt rock and the girl who signed me up for my membership forgot to put the salt rock in that she did apologized for. Most everyone there is super nice and the salon is clean and beautiful. I did however want the commission for my membership to go to the girl I spoke with on the phone. Janelle I think her name was. She was very informative on the phone and helpful. Upon arriving another girl seemed to take over instead of asking if I would like to continue with who I spoke with on the phone so she would receive the commission it seemed as if the one girl scooted her to the side and she received the commission. I didn't know at the time that it worked like that but now that I do I will make sure that the helpful and great representative for Palm Beach Tan gets all my future membership package commission. Can't use the salt therapy and red light therapy together in the sauna is why I am guessing that the first time I tried it the salt therapy that I wanted wasn't added. I possibly wasn't charged for the salt therapy the first time so no refund would be necessary but I did want to try it because of being a smoker I am sure that it is healing for the lungs. Waiting for a tanning and red light therapy package in the future or I will have to spring for the most expensive package and let my husband use it or some of my customers whose dogs I groom use it especially for the red light therapy. Time and time again I schedule appointments here only to arrive and find they aren't even open. I understand things happen especially in the Covid world we live in, but this is no way to run a business. I made an appointment on Wednesday April 28th at 2:15 pm as I was leaving a tanning session for the next day. Thursday at 9am as this is what fit best with my work schedule. I arrive at 9am. Lights out. Not open for business. I wait as long I can to not interfere with myself being late for work but ultimately had to leave without using the salon. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but this leaves me in a position of paying for a service that I am unable to use at no fault of my own. When is someone going to hold this place to a standard ? Doesn't matter. I won't be around as a customer to find out. I can and will take my business elsewhere. I suggest you hike it across town too if you don't want to waste your money.

They have a special where you pay $20 to use spa facilities for the day, I picked the water massage bed, red light bed (for skin rejuvenation not tanning), the infrared sauna for a private Pilates class (led by instructor on screen prerecorded), and finally a spaceship-like steam bed that's supposed to hydrate you.. or something . All of it was a little bit of a stretch in the health benefits side I think, but I sure as hell get super relaxed at the end! In between the sessions I used a full-body massage chair they had as well. My spray tan was ok. They provided these nifty stick feet so your soles don't look like Saturn. There were two spray tans to pick from. I got the affordable one, and the pigment was just a lot more orange than I prefer. The voice in the booth was also super low volume so I panicked that the session would turn into a Friends episode, the one where Ross gets a tan but I survived. Cleanliness was good! Would've been great if they had a personal storage locker and offered robes at the beginning. I think it would've been helpful for the staff to outline your schedule before you start the day. It was a little confusing not knowing where to go next, etc. Overall great experience, if I lived there I would definitely revisit!

I just feel like if they supposedly open at 10am, someone should be here 30 minutes prior to ensure everything is ready to go and allow for tardiness on their end. Also, their beds were down for a couple weeks due to "electrical issues" and when I went to a different location, I was told I had to pay $10 every time I wanted to use their beds. (when I signed up, this was never mentioned to me-- I figured you could use any location. So it just would have been nice to know this) There was not any sort of accommodations offered. The ladies that work here are every nice and accommodating, but I feel like the business should be run a little better.
