My husband told them he wanted a $150 arrangement but the lady told him that $200 would yield a more impressive result. We paid an extra $45 for delivery and tip which was all done over the phone. When we opened the door for the delivery, we were shocked to see the arrangement. The flowers were smooshed and wilting. The whole arrangement had a sad, droopy look to it. They texted asking how everything was and we let them know we were dissatisfied. We sent them pics and they offered to send us another arrangement. We told them that's not possible since these flowers were a gift to be given tonight. We asked for a refund with a return of the flowers. They said no and that their store policy would not allow for a return and refund. Do yourself favor and go to one of the other florists in town.
