BW completed a full home window replacement using Pella Lifestyle series in black and they are sharp! Original windows were from the 70's and what a huge difference in heating/air & sound proofing. Windows have a slight tint which is nice to protect my couch coloring. Awning windows are great, wish style allowed for absolute full extension. BW crew was right on time, handled the job in cold weather and were quick, efficient and job site completely cleaned. Would definitely recommend! read more

BW Construction installed our Pella windows last year, and we were happy enough with their work to contact them again when we decided to remodel our kitchen. With something as complex as a kitchen project, there were relatively minor scheduling glitches which seemed irritating at the time, but overall we were very happy with the responsiveness of Beverly and Bob, the co-owners, as well as the quality of the work. One of the best things Bob did was to recommend a custom cabinet maker, given that we had very specific desires that might have been difficult to accommodate even with a high end cabinet store. (I posted a separate review for that provider.) The demolition began on April 22 and the final electrical work was completed on June 3, with only a slight delay because BW had no control over the electricians - who did excellent work also. After the demolition, Brian the plumber came to perform preliminary plumbing work, then Brian the carpenter installed a custom-designed beam from which to hang our new pendant lights, then Brian the painter prepped the beam for painting (all the same Brian - he was terrific at all those tasks and very accommodating!), and the painting was completed by a fine painting crew with whom they contracted. Then toward the end, Shane and a different Bob came to put in the tile for the backsplash - again, both very competent, courteous and friendly. We love our new kitchen! read more

Undermount tub top short on one side and has a seam, not inspected before install as agreed. custom made sink cut by worker on one side without my permission, wrong caulk used to cover. Door doorway and frame I had requested to install unfinished, to finish later custom identical to windows. contractor refinished without my permission, installed without my permission and refused to replace. Faucet, rod and Ptrap from merchandise mart I purchased were scratched through installation. Wall adjacent to door was damaged.custom made mirror bracket damaged by worker he tried to use it for sink installation. construction water instead on sewers where it belongs was poured all over patio and garden leaving white spots on treated wood wall, brick, fence and bushes, impossible to scrub off..contractor response was:it looks good.. for whom exactly? I had to contact lawyer and dispute charges. Those guys are bad news. read more
