Beware of this place. There was only one lady in the shop so I went in since my lady across the street of 7 years has been closed. This is why I don't go to New places. I literally told the lady to just clean them up and keep them thick thick thick and leave my arches how they are. She gets done with one eyebrow shows me and I look like a completely different person and am absolutely devastated. She took my arch away and made my eyebrows ROUND. I told her I was not happy at all but she had to do the other one. When she was done I just started crying. It's taken years to perfect my eyebrows and now I have to shade them in and let them grow out again. I didn't even pay and walked out. The ladies are rude . One of them looks Asian and she kept complaining of how long it was taking her to finish my eyebrows . She also was tugging really rough on my skin and made me bleed a lot , now I have scabs on my chin of how hard she was tugging on the thread . When I told her it hurt she ignored me and when I got a tissue to wipe the spots of blood she laughed and talked to other lady in other language . I paid but did not leave tip. This review is long overdue. The last time I received their service was back in Oct of 2020, and it was my final! Not only do they rush their work when doing eyebrows and use an aggressive hand, but they also ruined my right eyebrow. One of the workers threaded my eyebrow so thin that you could clearly see which brow was thicker than the other. She threaded so much off than she should have. Horrible job done. As far as price goes this place can't be beat! 5 bucks for eyebrows if you pay with cash. Located inside a huuuuge strip mall with plenty of parking. The aestheticians are all very nice but so far there has definitely been a language barrier with the ladies I've gotten. Also they are not as meticulously clean as some of the other places I've been to for threading. They don't wipe the chairs in between customers, don't use hand sanitizer before starting with a new client and don't have any aloe vera gel for after ur done. However they do have witch hazel which is better than nothing I guess. Last time I went I got a bit cut up on my brow bone which means the lady ripped out the hair too harshly. Definitely not a place I'd go to if I want to be super picky about how my eyebrows are shaped, but inexpensive enough if I'm a lil too furry and need a quick cleanup. read more

Soo good. I was worried that I didn't explain what I had wanted before she started, but once she showed me them after I was happy. She shaped them and they look perfect. She took like 5 min and I always have issues with one eyebrow not shaping well but she did a great job. I forgot to get her name though but I will sure be back. This is the worst eye brow place I've ever been to. My boyfriend has been coming here for years so I decided to give it a try and they criticize you, cut you, and leave you w a sloppy job. The first time I went about a month ago and the Indian lady did them way too fast and left cuts and a lot of hairs. It was my boyfriends first time getting his eyebrows shaped. I made the mistake of trying a new place instead of driving out a bit further to my usual spot. The lady there was very rough. The area around his eyebrows is so red and she shaped them instead of just cleaning them up a bit. He said she was going to rough while she was doing it but she still kept same pace. For the price of $5 it's perfect for a fast affordable touch up on your brows. There's not a lot of wait time on weekdays, the busiest I've seen on weekends Is 4-5 people in front of me. When I went the manager was very welcoming, as far as the lady who did my eye brows not so much. She first took a second to look at my eyebrows and said I only needed a clean up which is exactly why I went. Not to much talking, She then proceeded to thread, it took her about 7 minutes. The one main problem with the service was that at the end when she finished she kinda just walked away. She wiped my face a little with a napkin then threaded some more and walked away leaving hair still on my face and the napkin on my forehead. Idk it just felt awkward, it's probably because at other places even here in past experiences I'm used to getting a little massage at the end with aloe Vera or witch hazel and getting cleaned up. Luckily I had tree tea oil spray in my bag which I put right away because I could tell she didn't use hand sanitizer. When I looked in the mirror to wipe down the access hair I noticed my right brow was swollen and was cut up a bit. The entire time she was looking at me with RBF, I usually tip this time I didn't. My eyebrows looked good but I felt the service could've been better. Overall the price and time to get get your eyebrows done is pretty convenient. As far as their eyebrow threading I would give them a 8/10 only because in the past they have thinned out my brows but I'm pretty sure it depends who's threading your brows so just make sure you tell them that you don't want them thin. Other than that they shape them pretty good and if you don't like it just tell them they'll do their best to fix it. read more

I used to go all the time to this place to get my eyebrows done, I have a scar on one them from when I was very little and today there was a new girl working there(I assume she's new , I never seen her there) I told her just to clean them and she only cleaned the top and a few hairs at the bottom. I go back and ask her if she can fix them. (they don't look done professionally it looks like I did them with tweezers)the lady who usually does them tells her to fix them and with attitude and acting rude with me, she said fine. I showed her what I wanted fixed and let her do her job as soon as she finished , I noticed she left them even worse. One is thinner and higher than the other one and they didn't fix them at all than they continue by try to blame me for HER mistake because I have a scar, I told the lady you have done my eyebrows before and left them vey nice and she did my eyebrows horrible if she couldn't do my eyebrows she should have let me know so I could have gone to a different place. I never make reviews because Its not my thing.. But this place sucks! I had my eyebrows threaded by the lady from the last station. Everything seemed okay until I looked into the mirror and she cut the left part of my arched eyebrow... And in between my brows because there was a "pimple". I have had my eyebrows threaded in the past at Ziba beauty... And a Full face thread.. With pimples and they never cut me. She also said I was cut on the arched part of my eyebrow because it was not secured tightly with my finger placed on my eyelid. I didn't say anything until my sister and I went to pay and I told the man I was not gunna pay for this service..I said, "she cut me, im not gunna pay.." He says, " its a minor thing, it wasn't tight" (something along those lines) and i said, "can't you see that I'm bleeding?" He says, "where is it bleeding miss? Its nothing!", and I had no words...I was so pissed off that he would act like I was the one being dramatic! He didn't charge me because I spoke up and anyone who wants to get their eyebrows threaded here, go for it..its a chance you're willing to take to save some money ...
