I decided to give this place a try after seeing the good reviews and reasonable prices, but I left extremely disappointed. I got a fill and the work was extremely messy... I had so much acrylic flooded around my cuticles and my nails were filed crooked. I originally wanted a deep maroon color, but the acrylic fill was so bumpy and terribly done that I had to change it to a natural color so it wouldn't stand out. I told the nail tech multiple times but I was limited on time and just accepted her work was not good. They did an extension on my toe nail and it came out extremely crooked and the paint work was super sloppy. You truly get what you pay for. Wouldn't recommend getting lashes here. Staff was too quick took less than 2hr. Eyelashes were poking my eyes and made me have an eye infection even if I was cleaning them everyday. Lashes were too close to my water line. I have had eyelashes done before and never made my eyes hurt and felt pressure. Definitely would not recommend here. I've been coming here for a few years to do my pedicure with Mandy, I don't do my nails very often but when I do I go with Jasmine. Today though, I did the hair and scalp treatment, it was absolutely worth every penny. It was relaxing, my hair feels awesome, like always Jasmine did an excellent job. I am appalled! I just can't believe these lazy and mediocre nail technicians... Sunday, June 4, 2017 I came here for a fill, gel color and to repair a nail that broke off. Sonny was his name, I asked him to cut my cuticles and without hesitation shook his head and said no... I said excuse me? He said I didn't need it, which is never the case when I go to get my nails done. I have alot and thick cuticles, but whatever I let it be. I was the last customer, obviously he was in rushed to finish. There was gunks of top coat polish all over my cuticles (which I cleaned up back home), my left thumb polish was totally uneven on the bottom and when I asked him to fix it Sonny said your cuticle is uneven, I proceeded to say well if you had cleaned or pushed back my cuticles this wouldn't be a problem and he said I would have been cutting your skin. 'Whatever bro, I can live with uneven polish, like it's not the end of the world' Never mind all that though, yesterday Monday I noticed a gap between my natural nail and the acrylic nail. Hell no I do not want fungus, so hey I'd thought I'd go back so they can fix it. Sonny was off and the owner APPARENTLY, with the ronchi rainbow highlights told me to come back tomorrow. For one nail!!!! If not I have to wait 2 HOURS. Is this a JOKE? What is one nail vs. 8 customers requiring full services?!!!!! I asked for a refund on my gel color, since I will have to go elsewhere to reapply that one nail, I would have to get a whole gel polish change because obviously they won't be able to match the exact polish. So she answered this is not retail, we don't give refunds.... She took no responsibility of her technicians mistake and gave no fucks. Lesson learned, their hours were convenient, but I will never again step into one of these cheap nail salons. read more

My pedicure looks nice but she didn't really massage the lotion in just kinda.. put it on my legs and feet with no pressure behind it. The shop is on the smaller side and don't have pedicure massage chairs with attached feet tubs (?)... and two Yelp pictures of customers' acrylics freaked me out a little, I'm not gonna lie... but LOOK at this fresh set! I stopped by because one of my girlfriends recommended Son, and I'm so glad I did. The other ladies I spoke with were so sweet as well. I got the set lashes instead of the single ones and look like I make the effort to put falsies on every morning. For $35 - I highly recommend y'all see Jasmine! I will try the single lashes when I can splurge $50! Also the entire process only took Jasmine 1 hr - 40 minutes to design and attach and 20 mins to dry and set. 2 week has passed - lashes are surviving showers, eye rubs and more. Just one side detached but still looks fine and natural. It's how you upkeep them. Tip: don't have the lashes extend too close to your inner eye corners and you really won't feel them! read more
