Bring your own hair dye for a dye is 25. Choose their own dye 45$. Hair cut for women 12$. We cringed our own supply and the lady kept saying oh this and that the hair dye won't come out as dark, she doesn't know how to work on this product. And kept persuading us to add more things haircut etc. Saying her hair was really damaged. They supposedly open at 9am. They weren't open at 9 so we waited. Horrible experience. But nice place. Everything seems new. UPDATE After agreeing to use their product. Ended up looking okay brightly light. 1-2 weeks later the color faded away costing us to go to a salon to get it fixed. read more

Beyond astonished at how these people run their business. My girlfriend called wanting to get her hair done and the lady cut the call as my girlfriend was mid sentence. My girlfriend proceeded to call back thinking it was just a dropped call but no the lady said that bc she wasn't speaking Spanish she cannot help her. She then tells my girlfriend that maybe her daughter can help her but she doesn't know her number so she can't do anything for her? What kind of business is this? My mom walked in and asked if she could get her hair dyed and cut. She has psoriasis, and the lady told her that it she's couldn't do it because she thought it was bad for her scalp. She could have just said she just doesn't wanna work on someone with a skin condition. My mom took her money else where, where they cut and dyed her hair no problem. My mom only has little patches of psoriasis on her scalp. Before that I took my sister in for a hair cut up above the shoulders, as it started to grow you could clearly see it was cut uneven. Gotten my hair dyed once need to go back. The best vibes, honestly. The mom gave me a free "sample" of a conditioner, & a "sample" of this hair product to stop any other type of damages. Went in for a consult. Right away walking in the staff gave off a snobby vibe, just standing in the back of the salon, instead of being welcoming. They literally just stared and waited for me to say something first. I wanted to get blonde highlights and they just flat out refused because my hair was too dark? Let me start off by saying the place is absolutely beautiful and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I went to Real Beauty Salon after I got my hair fried trying to go blonde at another hair salon. She not only got my hair to the beautiful silver color I have now but she also restored the healthy shine and feel to my hair. Since I started coming here my hair has really transformed and grown! No more breakage and dry hair. I don't know what they do but they really work their magic! The price is very reasonable as well and is located in a nice convenient location. OMG Where do I start! FIRST OF ALL, If I walk in to a salon, and the hairdresser's hair LOOKS BUSTED....I walk OUT! But I didn't want to be rude since I live around the corner from this salon and have been wanting to check it out since it opened. My daughter and I decided to stop by today and ask for a flyer of their prices. The young hairdresser with the damaged hair, replies sarcastically and repeats what I just asked her for, with a look on her face like if I asked to borrow money. So I asked if she had a flyer with the "services " they offer, and again, she replies sarcastically that they do not have that, either. OK, here I am standing in the middle of this salon with my daughter next to me, thinking ok I will tell her what I want done on my hair. I said I wanted to go platinum, and she looks at me like a deer in headlights, and says "but you have RED HAIR?"......ummm yes, thank you Captain Obvious. She tells me "you can't go from red to platinum", "you will either end up with ORANGE hair or NO HAIR!" ........LIKE REALLY?? How do you tell a new customer that?? Like how do you reply that way? At this point I was thinking to myself, is this a joke? Am I being PRANKED? lol where are the cameras? This BUSTED BETTY with her damaged hair is trying to give me advice? About my hair: I went in for my first color correction I came out feeling like a different person with self confidence , the lady had adviced me about the root of my hair that I should go lighter brown since I wanted an ombré , I just let her do her magic and that's exactly what she did! My hair felt so silky and smooth after, the lady had told me no more bleach on my hair because it was damaged so I listened and wooolaaaa my hair is perfect ... Second session was yesterday I had made an appointment the day before for 10am but I had an issue ended up getting there at 12.. Lesley worked fast and my hair was done at 4:30 and that's because she had people... I ado got my ends trims and retouch .. They had a 10% sale so that was a great plus!!! I loved my hair .. It's been almost 3 weeks and my hair looks just as if I just walked out. Came here to do my retouch the girl told me she wouldn't be able to do my hair because I was to picky. I don't think I was picky I just wanted to make sure she would be able to get the same color I have. I have gray hair and she said she wouldn't be able to get the same toner that I have I would have to go at least two times but that I wold have to wait 2 weeks in between so she can try to get the same color I have. She was really rude and unprofessional. I found a great hair styler Bertha at The NEW WAVE salon in West Covina she was able to do my retouch and get the same hair color that I have she didn't hesitate to do my hair she really nice and professional.
