She said I can't do that. The office was bright with plenty of daylight and with clouds. I had to wait to get a quote so I waited. The music really got on my nerves. She was professional to a degree. She was on the phone the whole time but broke away to ask what I wanted. The music and I live near by, no wonder I never see anyone parked there.
