I contacted them about purchasing an automobile and Bailey assured me that it was available. I asked to make a down payment to hold it and he never sent me a purchase order like he promised. I spoke with him Sunday, two days before I was making the transfer from the bank and he gave a positive indication. I also lined up someone to pick the vehicle up for me as I live out of state. Horrible place and lazy unprofessional people! Simple as that.... There was nowhere to park our vehicle & after I walked inside to find someone the guy told me "his brother" will be with me in 2 minutes but 30 minutes went by and no one ever came outside. Walked inside again to get someone and when we finally looked at the SUV there was NO GAS in it and it was rusted underneath the whole vehicle which they just slapped paint over and on top of that we couldn't even test drive it. As great as the employees were the car I purchased has mainly fallen apart. In less than a week the check engine light has come on. We bought a van from them 4 weeks ago but we keep having to take it back for the same issues over and over again. The check engine light keeps coming on due to a misfire. They keep it for several days and never communicate with us until we reach out to them. When we get it back they say it's all fixed just for the light to come back on after driving for 50 miles and we get the same codes again and again. It's like all they're doing is clearing the code Then they tell us to drive it for a few days to see if the light will turn itself off. THAT'S NOT HOW CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS WORK!!! They are just giving us the run-around. We completely regret buying from them. Once we get this van figured out we will NEVER go back to them and we will warn others to avoid them at all costs. I bought my truck and had to finance the rest because they charge over 1,000 for extras fees. I drove off the lot with a gas leak with my 9month old in the car. The gas leak returned a week later and they said I was out of my coverage time and they wont fix it again. If they were honest they would have fixed it again. When I went they had mechanics but when I needed my car fixed they all of a sudden don't have any mechanics. they were supposed to fix the issue with the vehicle I had recently purchased from them but instead they cleared the codes and once the check engine light came back on they insisted they would look at it once they got the replacement for the backup camera that was supposed to be fix before I picked up the vehicle.I Called them over and over about it then they said that their warranty was up and that it is no longer their problem and to go through the gwc warranty that I had purchased. Just to find out that gwc warranty doesn't cover any of the repairs needed to be fix now I'm stuck paying 4000 on repairs out of pocket. read more

purchased a vehicle from this dealership approximately one week ago. After having my mechanic inspect it, I was informed that the motor mounts needed replacement, the vehicle had an oil leak, and the brakes also required replacement. I contacted the dealership, and they initially agreed to address the issues. When I visited the dealership, they attempted to provide the car I traded in as a loaner. That vehicle was not in safe driving condition, and I could not use it. As a result, I had to take back the recently purchased car despite the oil leak and motor mount problems. Attempts to reach the dealership by call and text went unanswered until we contacted them from an unknown number. We were then told to bring the car in and that a loaner would be available. However, upon arrival, the business was closed. The next day, we were informed that we had been given incorrect information and that no loaner vehicle was available. At this point, I have no clear timeline for when the repairs will be completed, and communication from the dealership has been consistently poor. They were very eager to make the sale, but had I not had my mechanic inspect the vehicle, I would not have known about the motor mount issues or the oil leak. I am now faced with an additional $1,200 in repair costs on top of my $1,500 down payment and the $1,000 trade-in value they provided, simply because I cannot be without a car for an indefinite period. My daughter who is striving to make ends meet working overtime every week so she could get a car instead of having to find rides from A to B for work, went to this dealership and purchased what she thought to be a good solid vehicle and within a month had to be put in the shop only to find out that the turbo was out as well as the water pump. Oh let me not fail to mention that she also purchased the extended warranty for an extra 2500 that when called and looked at the car will not cover because they stated with all the oil around the turbo this is a pre-existing problem. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED! My daughter was breaking down yesterday feeling defeated, so I took it upon myself to call and speak with the dealership in hopes to get some cooperation and all I recieved was want do you think we should do about it, basically saying DEAL WITH IT! Now my daughter owes them over 6000 on a nonrunning car and estimated 3000 in repair to the turbo. But in the long run God will guide her in the right path and find a way. read more

These guys sell junk! I did a nationwide search for a specific car for my daughter. I landed on a 2006 VW Beetle with 57K miles at Baba's. I negotiated a 90-day warranty and had the car shipped to Washington State. The warranty was worthless, it didn't cover pre-existing conditions. Baba's knew this but told me different. I paid $7451 for the car and I have had $7000 in repairs done. They didn't stand by the junk they sold me. The pictures on the internet hid several issues including the headliner was trashed. Beware! If they would of kept us more updated we could have been more patient. Gave a 2,000$ down payment for a car we wanted, got accepted for financing, added insurance to the vehicle. I drove to Phoenix from Albuquerque to check out a Unicorn Car they had on the lot. I checked it out and LOVED it. The buying process was more like going over to my friend's house, hanging out and shooting the shit, and signing a few papers here and there. I needed my payments to be under $200 per month. BOOM, they came in at $199.99 :P When you buy a used car, it's always a mystery what mechanical issues you're buying with it. I think it's the same risk for dealers. So, they threw in a 90-day full coverage warranty for me for FREE just in case. Incredible. They scored me a loan with a credit union with a very good interest rate. The bad? They have WAY too many cars that interest me. Lots of understated, under the radar unique cars. Next time I need a car, I'll be making that 7 hour drive again to buy from them. I did not quite have the cash to pay and told Mr. Atala, the owner, that I'm a public school teacher. He immediately took $1,000 off the price and got his finance company to agree to do a very small loan on an older vehicle. He then disappeared for about 15-20 minutes, reappeared, and told me he had put a brand new battery in the car, which I did not even ask for. He also said he ordered a new windshield and they would install the next day and deliver the car to me! I'm so grateful to have a reliable SUV that will safely get me to and from school each day. Mrs. Atala does all the financing and she is a super-hero! I wish these folks were my next door neighbors, truly!
