I hate to keep posting bad reviews on this place. But besides Amily being THE RUDEST person on the planet, and a liar, they sold me a lemon!! First the noise that they "fixed" then the guy who replaced my windshield did it wrong, causing my mirror to fall off 3 times, (which Steve handled each time it fell off) Steve is the only one worth dealing with at this place. Tyson and his horrible girlfriend, Amily are terrible people. However they sold me a lemon, the first 2 problems, then, on my way home today (about 10 miles) I noticed my a/c wasn't cold, simultaneously, 3 beeps and a red message saying something about the alternator not charging the battery, then another message saying the coolant system was overheating, then another warning saying to turn the car off immediately because the system was overheated. Three different messages, all in red. I looked online and THE EXACT car I bought had recalls that year for THE EXACT problem!! The article I read said that the cooling system overheats and could cause a fire!! Looking at the coolant gauge it was all the way at the top, overheated. Good thing I was close to home, but I was gonna go do a few things first and couldn't. I don't know what to do now, and I'm afraid to drive my car. If anyone knows a good lawyer, please message me. I love my car, but they sold me a car that had a recall because of the cooling system overheating and catching on fire. It's a dangerous problem and I don't know how Tyson and Amily sleep at night knowing they're scamming people. read more

I put a bad review again since it does not let me reply to the answer that this place gave me. If it were true that they carry out a thorough revision of the cars, I would not now have the Engine Mount problem that they diagnosed me with and this time I went to the agency to do the oil change and for that part I will have to pay between 1,000 and 1,500 dlls. They mentioned that they made an appointment for me to change the brake pads, that is not correct, after Amelie was rude on the phone saying that she was with a client, I called later and she told me what was the urgency to call her, after hearing this, I of course no longer wanted their services, after buying a car from them I except better treatment but it was the other way around, very rude. Additionally you stated that I took my own bank finance which was utterly a lie , I took the one that they offered me, I don't know why you don't want to accept accountability that you have unprofessional customer service, shady business practices, plus they are not empathetic and on top of that they adjust the final price at the end of the contract. If you decide to go to this place, I recommend you take a mechanic to check your car and not give down payment because they keep it. Be very careful with the final price because they will adjust the price, so if you give a down payment it will not go towards the car but instead into their pockets. The reason why I wrote this review was because I will not accept somebody to call me a liar and help other people not pass throughout what I pass through. read more

In short: do not waste your time with this business. The manager is the rudest and really does not care to earn your business. Save yourself the trouble and take yourself to a large dealership, like we did. Long version: My boyfriend and I decided to update our 2 vehicles (daily drivers) for something a bit newer, therefore decided to stop by this business while we were in the area. When we initially arrived, we were greeted by a female (whose name I don't recall) and she was awesome; great customer service. She allowed us to test drive a BMW, which I was interested in and had all intentions of buying cash. My boyfriend then asked to test drive a Lexus, which he was planning on financing, and she advised we could not as certain vehicles could only be test driven with authorization of her boss. She let us know he was on his way and we were more than welcome to wait. We waited for about 40 minutes and finally he arrived. When we went back into the office to speak with him, he asked what we needed and my boyfriend advised him he was interested in the Lexus and LOOKING inside the vehicle. Immediately, the "boss" was rude and said he would not allow that due to the high value of the vehicle. He stated if we were interested in the vehicle we would need to show at least a pre-approval from a lender for the value of the vehicle (which was about $40,000). He then went on to speak about how much horsepower the vehicle had and how expensive the engine in that car was. Let me clarify, we are not upset about not being able to test drive the vehicle and very understanding of a business protecting what is high value to them. We are upset at the aggressive attitude and choice of words used by the manager when he was telling us this because he was clearly implying we could not afford the vehicle so he would not even bother to let us LOOK inside. Additionally, if we were not even going to be allowed to look inside the car, why waste our time telling us to wait for the manager? My boyfriend and I looked at each other dumbfounded by this guys reaction and decided to walk out without buying either car. To the owner of this business, please reconsider your employees who are running away good honest business. read more

Tyson was amazing from the first phone call I had with him to inquire about the vehicle to the time we bought it. He had the car checked, running and cooled off for a test drive when we arrived. Everything was completed in a very timely fashion and he was upfront about all costs and pricing. He even took the time to let us check out a cool muscle car (that we were clearly not buying) to my 9 year old son, which totally made his day and our experience that much better. So I flew from California back here to Jabers just to buy the car. When I got finally drive the car I noticed the breaks needed replacing. When I mentioned it to the Manager Tyson we had a little miss communication, also he was out for a week in-between and it was the holidays. I happen to be back in Pheonix visiting family and went to talk to them about the Brakes. They owner Mr. Jabers happen to be there. We all put our heads together and the brakes was taken care of due to the integrity and easy dealings with Tyson and Mr. JABERS. BOTH ARE AMAZING. Walked around the lot for 15 minutes and no one came to help me. Walked into the office to talk about the car. I was greeted by a man behind a desk. Told him I had a few questions about the car and the carfax and his attitude completely changed. He pulls up the carfax and tells me he sees nothing wrong but yet it's had multiple tire replaced the gas tank replaced and some other service issues. Told him I'd like to drive the car to see how it feels. I've been driving bmws for 15years so I know how they feel. And he comes back with "how are you paying for this?" Ummm excuse me? Don't worry about how I'm paying...I may not even want to buy it after I drive it...we can talk about this after I drive it, and if I even want to buy it after. "Oh well we have had problems with people test driving cars" so they gave me shit about the carfax and then wouldn't let me drive it unless they saw how I was paying for it! Well I left there walked into bmw Chapman and drove away with my new bmw. Save yourself the trouble and headache and go to a reputable dealership where you will be treated like a customer and not seen and just $$$. Sold me a 2002 Chevrolet trailblazer in February for $3500 on the 3rd the check engine light came on I called them had them check it out they said, it's not stopping you from driving it. On the 16th day of owning the vehicle the transmission went out completely, I called them they told me to have it towed there to have their mechanic look at it. My mechanic said needs a new transmission so $1800 and it took me a few months to pay for it since I'm on medical leave from having surgery. Had the car back a little less than a month and it just threw a rod! Now it needs a new engine. They are doing some shady stuff so beware!!! Now I'm out $5300 and back to not having a car! read more

Jaber's is by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Buying a used car I needed a dealer I could trust. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They are honest, helpful, informative, relaxed. They let me go for an extended test drive on my own and also let me take the car to my personal mechanic to check it over. Negotiations lasted about 2 minutes and the transaction took minimal time. I got a great deal on a fantastic 2012 Murano that looks new and drives like new. After I left, the wiper fluid was weak and there was a nail in a tire and they fixed both promptly for no charge. They had loads of finance options including my obscure credit union. If you just want to by a car from someone who's not pushy but knows cars well, talk to Tyson. If he doesn't have what you want he will find it for you. Let me start by saying that I didn't buy a car there so this isn't a review about their cars. It's a review about Tyson and how he saved me today. I was next door at J&M dealers when the owner, Lee, LITERALLY demanded that I not talk to his other customers in the waiting room when I casually informed them that they could get a $50 inspection down the street at my mechanic and told them how the mechanic saved me from a bad investment earlier that day. An argument ensued with Lee (seriously, trying to control who I talk to?) so I dumped the keys in Lee's hand and started walking. There was a yelling match along the way. When Tyson heard Lee yelling at me (as Lee escorted me to my car), Tyson invited me over to the Jaber's lot through the chain link fence. Lee lit into Tyson yelling YOU CAN'T POACH MY CUSTOMERS! to which Tyson brilliantly replied SHE'S NOT YOUR CUSTOMER! YOU JUST CHASED HER OFF THE LOT!" Cracked me up. I immediately backed up and pulled into Jaber's. Tyson was equally awesome as a salesman. He answered every question I had without blinking -- and they were good questions that need to be asked about a used car. Made for a small car like Chevy Aveo, not the 5.7 liter V8 I purchased from them. All of the electrical went out shortly after. I understand having to make a profit. I dont expect you not to. It's a business! But dont lie to me and tell me you dont make money on the cars, and that you are just going to sell it at an auction. My car was worth atleast $1500more than what they gave me. They convinced me that that cant give me any more. They aren't making any money off it. Well guess what?! The guys working here are very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with how responsive they were. The price I purchased the vehicle for was good. They were easy to work with and made my purchase a good experience from a sales perspective. I would offer a word of caution especially if you are purchasing a high end vehicle though. Within weeks of my Mercedes purchase I began experiencing multiple problems. I found that a couple repairs were made to the vehicle using the wrong parts. Using the wrong parts led to several thousand dollars worth of work to correct the issues. The good price turned into an average price after the cost of repairs.
