Jared offered different options and listened to our preferences then provided some recommended tweaks during the project resulting in a finished project that far exceeded our expectations in very reasonable amount of time. Over the last tear we've had Pinnacle do a couple of good sized projects for us. The bathroom is thoroughly updated, and the living room is gorgeous. The quality of attention to detail, and the guys' ability to explain issues and problem solve are first rate. The last thing you want in a contractor is to feel like everything is being done as easily and quickly as possible so they can get on to the next job. We never felt like that with Pinnacle. They listened to us, offered candid, helpful feedback, and always kept us in the loop about where we were in the process. When they were doing fine, detail work, they took their time to make sure it was done right. Our next big project was a deck replacement/expansion. Despite some delays caused by supply chain issues and poor plan checking by the county (both of which were beyond Pinnacle's control), they built a fantastic deck for our home. Again, we could not be more pleased with the quality of workmanship and how well we were treated during the entire demo and construction time. After several less than satisfactory forays into home renovation, we believe we have found a contractor who does great work, stands by his product, doesn't make you feel like your project is just another item on a "to do" list, and is great at communication. Were there some hiccups or questions? Of course; these weren't small jobs. But any time we had a concern, it was heard and addressed, immediately.
