We were on our way to Black Chasm Caverns. It was about 11:55am when our lunch was disrupted by an ear-splitting, high-pitched sound. Seconds later, there was another and then another. By this time the grandkids had their hands clapped over their ears. I got up to find the source. Just out of sight, off the end of the patio, I saw a man, using an electric saw, cutting a large sheet metal duct, resulting in another ear-splitting whine. I asked a nearby worker if they were going to continue to work there. He said, "Yes." I asked him if they had to do that right now, at lunch time, next to the restaurant, when it was clearly a level of noise that required ear protection. He firmly replied, "Yes we do. We are on a deadline." No apology. He seemed annoyed by my question. I went into the restaurant and was told by the young woman behind the counter there was nothing she could do. She pointed to the office. I went to the office and talked to another woman, who told me that the workers are contracted and she could do nothing. We gathered up our food and left, in the midst of another ear-splitting whine. We had planned to come by for coffee and ice cream later, on the way home. We changed our minds and had our coffee and ice cream elsewhere, just in case the contractors weren't done making noise. I have never encountered such a dismissive attitude by a contractor in the midst of an operating business.

We were in need of a fence repair to the side of our yard/home and reached out to a couple of companies and I was led to Rigo who came out to give me a quote. Price was comparable to others but what made me choose Rigo was that he was a standup person that provided suggestions and wood types for longevity. Rigo and his team did a great job that I rehired him to do a side fence + concrete addition to the side of the house to separate our trash bins and also added an outdoor shower fence to our backyard as well. I would rehire him for not only fence work but concrete work. Would highly recommend Rigo! Thank you Rigo for taking care of our family exterior needs.

While I was at work, my wife called me saying she heard a really loud bang but couldn't figure out…read morewhat it was. Later when I got home, the garage door would not open and I even tried the manual way of lifting it. After a google search, found out my torsion spring snapped. I went on Yelp and started a project which messaged about 8 Garage Door companies. I got a message from A&M within 3 minutes. They wanted to do an free in person consultation and had available times that same day. After scheduling it, Avi messaged me that he was on his way and arrived 10-15 minutes after I scheduled the appointment. Once he arrived, he inspected my garage door and confirmed my suspicion. He got to work right away and replaced the torsion spring in 10-15 minutes. Then I told him I was having trouble with my door sensors and replaced it very quickly as well. Overall, he did a tremendous job providing quality work. I paid roughly $350 for all the work he did which is honestly not bad for emergency repair. He did give me an estimate before he started the job which was $260 for the torsion spring/$75-$100 for door sensor replacement and install. Definitely recommend these guys if you need some quick quality repair!
