Wanted to love this place and didn't. I had an appointment for a mani-pedi and was looking forward to relaxing and being pampered. The selection of OPI colors is not extensive, they did not have either of the two colors I requested. The massage chair I was first seated in did not work and after trying several things they finally determined it was broken. I had to request to be moved to another massage chair as this is one of the things I look forward to when I get a pedicure; I think they were a little put off when I asked to be moved to a chair that worked. The massage chair was wonderful, just the right amount of pressure; I am glad I moved. I chose the regular pedicure and the leg massage was good but not great. After the pedicure I had a manicure and the man who did the pedicure started my manicure but someone else took over while he did someone else's pedicure. The young women who did my manicure never spoke to me until it was time to pay. During the manicure she was engaged in talking with her fellow workers and I felt totally ignored. Having a mani-pedi is about the total experience not just the application of nail polish. I think I will keep trying other salons. read more

I've tried many nail salons both at home and while traveling and haven't found a place quite like Babi Nails. I made an appointment for two manicures and pedicures and was able to schedule the same day. Upon arrival, we were greeted and quickly led to the chairs for the pedicures. We both selected the deluxe pedicure ($45) which included a mask, sugar scrub, and paraffin treatment. We had our choice of scents for the scrub and lotion (lemon lime, tangerine, or lavender). The pedicure chairs were ok- not the best I've experienced- but the pedicure itself was amazing. Lots of time spent on leg and foot massage which was just what I needed! Polish selection was above average and very well organized. After the pedicure, we both chose the deluxe manicure option as we were told it had extra arm and hand massage. Again, we weren't disappointed! As the paraffin wax sat on our hands, we were treated to shoulder massages...a welcome surprise! Their staff also stayed past closing to continue our services and we didn't feel rushed at all. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Naples so I can visit Babi Nails again! read more

Have been coming to Naples for 17 years this is my favorite nail salon experience. Kiki gave me an incredible experience--gorgeous dipping powder manicure and standard pedicure but was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, answered all my questions, funny and friendly. Shout out to Kiki. He was really meticulous with the process and spent the time to make sure my extensions were even and beautiful (including staying past closing to do so). Go here! This review is pretty much unnecessary because clearly this place is GREAT but you know it's good when you just have to review it!!! The salon is beautiful and sparkling clean! Very modern with nice massage chairs as well. The staff is the friendliest I've encountered at any nail place in Naples. They greet you immediately, and sometimes everyone greets you at once - not just the receptionist! They offer you a beverage and make you feel right at home. And of course, they do a great job on your nails! I've only gotten the pedicure so far but it was fantastic. Nails looked great and loved the massage and hot towels. And yes they do give you an amazing shoulder and neck massage while your nails are drying. You will not regret spending your money at Babi! As much as I do love this salon making an appointment doesn't matter. I had one, came at the scheduled time, Danny who I made the appointment with wanted me to wait a few minutes, after 15 minutes he was just scrubbing the ladies feet, that would have been me sitting there for another 30 minutes, what's the point of an appointment? Let me begin by saying that I am a very patient and reasonable person. In fact my daughters picked this salon a few years ago as the reviews are so good. This will be the last time I go to Babi Nails. I arrived early for my appointment for a gel manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was fine but the manicure was a disaster. The technician applied the color, didn't like the way it looked, reapplied, scraped it off until it was clear that it wasn't working...I was in the salon for over two hours! The manager had to finish the job and check me out. She was nice but honestly she should have offered me something as an apology. She was lucky I didn't lose it and anyone else probably would have! I will never go back. I am not mentioning the technicians name as I would hate for him to lose his job. But he was clearly shook up and I was comforting him! My suggestion is to try a different salon. read more

I came here while on vacation in Naples for the week-- I desperately needed a manicure and pedicure. Upon coming in, I sat down in the pedicure chair and was asked if I wanted something to drink. I was shocked (in a good way!) because back home in Boston, MA, you're lucky if they ask you if the water temperature is good for your pedicure. She also gave me a towel to drape over my legs. My nail/pedi tech, Selina was very thorough and there was another perk that I'd never received at home-- massages for my legs and feet during my pedicure, and a shoulder and back massage during my manicure. I was so pleased! Even at spas when I get a mani/pedi I never receive a massage. It was great because my back was sore from the bed at the hotel I'm staying at. I was uneasy thinking it would be very expensive because I received such good service, but a gel manicure and pedicure only ended up being $58, cheaper than I get at home. They are very clean (wear masks), and display their licenses. Overall, this salon is great. If i lived here, I would make it my go-to! Totally recommend for anybody. read more

Best nail spa experience I have ever had...anywhere. All the employees are incredibly friendly and seem to really understand customer service. And each employee had on a name tag- what a great idea! Super clean (even behind the pedicure chairs) and they use sterilized and disposable tools on each customer. I received the signature pedicure($35), which is one level above their basic pedicure($28). Danny gave a great massage and really gave my feet the attention they needed. While my toes were drying under the light and fan Danny even gave a quick shoulder massage! A family of 5 came in during my pedicure and every employee paid special attention to each member of that family-from the little boys to the grandmother. This confirmed how great their customer service is. I must admit I feel incredibly embarrassed, guilty and foolish because I grossly under-tipped Danny on accident. I was really tired and accidentally asked for $10 back as change instead of giving $10 as a tip. I unfortunately realized this after arriving home and feel so terrible that I attempted to work in a drive back to Babi before I catch my flight, but just don't have time. I'm so sorry Danny! I visit Naples regularly and plan to visit this spa again not only for another pedicure but to give Danny his proper tip. If you are in the Naples area, in need of nail services, and if cleanliness and customer service are important to you Babi is the place to go! read more

The pedicurist who did my nails was very nice, but he cut me twice, both times to the point of bleeding. I was still charged full price. I tried to address the issue with the woman at the front desk, but she said they looked fine. Three days later, I still have an open cut on my toe. I understand that accidents happen, but in my opinion customers should receive a deduction in such an instance. read more
