Went for my very first sns manicure and my second manicure in USA. Manicure was just fine, nothing special but people are very sweet and fast. I gave 5 stars because of the massage I got. 60 min body massage by Cindy. As soon as Mia (who did my manicure) started to give shoulder massage while my polish was drying, I realized they are good and I asked for a massage. Just because of I was cold, Cindy used hot stones, hot towels to keep me warm as an extra treat. As a massage therapist it is important for me to have a massage therapist who is watching one's needs rather than being just automatic. She found the spots I needed, felt very relaxed! Today, walked in for shellac French mani and upgraded Spa pedicure. The positives: quick service, comfortable atmosphere; Hamir did a very nice service. Another woman helped remove my old shellac. Had a glass of wine and water. Nice music. Clean. Nice hot towels. You get a punch card. The negatives: staff is Chinese. They only communicate to each other in Chinese. No interaction or conversation with me. Hamir was interrupted several times by bored employees with nothing to do for Chinese conversation. I find that practice very off-putting and uncomfortable. I'm paying for this relaxation time, and am having my Zen moment interrupted. I signed up for the Babi Spa pedicure for $45. Supposed to include 10 minute Reflexology. I did receive a 10 minute leg /foot massage- definitely no Reflexology! I have Plantar Fasciitis on my left foot - disappointed. At the drying station- looking at the menu- this particular pedicure was supposed to include a paraffin treatment. No paraffin for me! They offered to do it as I was checking out- too late. I received $10 off and Hamir refused a gratuity. Make sure you get what you sign up for and I will try again as my feet are pretty and happy and my nails look lovely and professional. read more

Came back a 2nd time cause the first time the tech was awesome. This time I got Bo a young tech. I asked him to do between my toes and he didn't. Then when I told him about it he still did nothin. His massages for legs feet and back sucked. He cut my hand cuticle and bled after 30 mins I finally asked him for antiseptic. I asked for a coke and he walked away but never brought me my drink. Got my watch back which was left the day before but not without great effort. They don't understand English and kept hanging up on me when i called about it. Got a response review from the owner stating that he will attempt to do better, but when you tell the tech that they should do between the toes then remind them again and then they cut your cuticle until bleeds, that's a serious problem. I got the lavender pedi pkg and for almost $55 they don't include a parafin foot soak? Really!??? Do you know it cost about .50 cents for the wax and bag and the tech hardly has any effort involved. Do NOT get eyelash extensions at this salon. They are sharp and painful on your eyelids. Also, the extensions look like daddy long leg spiders. The worst is the globs of black glue all over your eyelids. Well, actually the worst was when the technician left me laying on the table while she went to do someone's nails. Picture this, I have been instructed to keep my eyes closed; so I waited patiently for her to return. When she did not, I felt my way to the door and asked for HELP!!! When she finally came in my eyelids were glued shut!!!! She had to pry my eyelids open. I went home and soaked them off with steam and coconut oil. This place really is a spa. Calming music, dim lights, 20 minute massage during pedi, neck and shoulder massage after mani. To top it off it's the cleanest place I've been to in Naples. They cover the pedi area with plastic and change it after every customer plus they use packaged sterilized tools. It's a bit on the pricey side but so worth it. This was my first time at this nail salon and spa! I love Naples and I love trying new places out every time I visit. This time, my mom and I went to Babi for manicures and pedicures for her birthday treat. We were greeted right when we got in, and we got to pick our colors right away. The entire staff was incredibly sweet and smiley. I got the regular pedicure (the cheapest one), and it was still very relaxing and thorough. I was pleasantly surprised that I got a foot and leg massage and everything. They also did an unexpected shoulder and back massage when my nails were drying. That was a nice touch. My actual nails turned out beautiful. I love the job they did. If I had one complaint, it would be that there was a bit of a language barrier. My mom's nails turned out to be way different than what she asked for. They still did an amazing job, they just did not understand that she wanted a darker base color under her clear polish with glitter in it. That was a communication issue because of the language barrier. They still did an amazing job, and I'll be back to visit again. read more

My daughter got a full set of tips and they all lifted! I can't believe her grandmother paid $66 for the set especially for a teen! She could have gotta fungus between her nail and the fake tips. Two of us during a recent trip to Naples - based on a recommendation from a friend booked mani & pedi appts. First impression - The cleanest nail salon I've ever seen, fabulous consistent service and a relaxing, comfortable environment. We were given a menu for pedis that begins at $25, jumps up to over $40 based on additional time for massage and other treatments (clay, mask, paraffin, etc.) We both did a spa pedi with a 10 min massage which they time with an actual timer so you know you get your value (odd but true). Manis, we both got gel mani, french - both hand painted. 11 days later, my mani looks great, only one chip on my thumb. My manicurist was absolutely methodical and set on a perfect paint job on the french manicure. He did a wonderful job, part of it even monitored by a co-worker which would make the average person nervous. We were very satisfied - and for two of us, with both spa pedis and gel french manis, it cost me $160. read more

Mia was so nice, I called right after work today to see if they could fit me in for a fill and a pedicure and immediately she said yes come right in I was only a couple minutes away when I got there I was immediately told to pick my colors and they got them for me and I sat down I Asked for a specific shape for my nails and she said no problem they came out beautifully she even did four coat of gel because the color wasn't coming out as deep as I originally wanted and she did it with a smile without a problem I also had a pedicure which was great I had the regular pedicure for sur I called right after work today to see if they could fit me in for a fill and a pedicure and immediately she said yes come right in I was only a couple minutes away when I got there I was immediately told to pick my colors and they got them for me sad down and they started working on my hands I Astor for a specific shape for my nails and she said no problem they came out beautifully she even did for coat of gel because the color wasn't coming out as deep as I originally wanted and she did it with a smile without a problem I had the regular pedicure because I splurged and got a gel fill and it did not disappoint it was so nice I originally picked a silver color for my toen and the technician was like are you sure you want this nail color and he suggested a deeper nail color that matched my hands and we went with that and he did such a great job. Very disappointed in this nail salon. I went in for a full set acrylics. First of all, i told the lady, Mia, that my nails were very sensitive and to be careful because they tend to hurt with the power machines. She was VERY HARSH and rushing through my nails. They were uneven and not what i had asked for. I asked her to make them as thin as she can because my job requires to use my nails to open small things. She did not listen and did whatever she pleased. I was basically rushed out the door because they were "busy", so i didn't even have time to tell her i didn't like them and i wanted her to re-do them. I came in the next day in hope to either get my money back or at least a credit and they were very blunt and said "No refund here". i'm not one to write views and i'm really lenient when it comes to nails salons but i was very disgusted with the way they treated me. Please don't waste your time coming here. There is plenty of better nails salon that i would gladly give my money to and actually care about what i wanted done. read more

They ruined my daughters nails so badly, cutting into her cuticles, we had to blot the blood with paper towels.The nail tech was crying because they thought they were losing their job, my daughter was crying, the whole process was a disaster. We actually put my daughter on antibiotics following this debacle because we were concerned for infection!!! Absolutely flawless! I have tried several salons in the Naples area for (SNS) dipping powder nails with terrible experiences or, absurd cost. In my internet searches Babi popped up and since it was close I opted to try for a dipping fill and a pedicure. The salon in impeccably clean and everyone is welcoming and pleasant. Sam gave me a pedicure and Reiki massage which was fantastic and Danny gave me one of the best dipping powder manicures I have and with it, a short neck massage. I have been going to this salon since they opened. I usually had good experiences with them. I have always had my nails done by the owner, Danny, or his wife if Danny was off. This last time, I called for my appointment, spoke with Danny to schedule my appt with him for the following day. I came in at my appointment time and a new tech started to work on my nails. I'm thinking, no problem. He's just getting the gel soaked off for the owner to do the rest. No explanation, but I figure he doesn't speak English well, but no problem. But alas, not so. When he started working on my nails, I asked him if he was doing them or Danny. He rolled his eyes at me and said he was doing them. Then he started saying something very aggressive to the tech next to him in Chinese, obviously complaining about me. The lady sitting next to me looked at me and made a comment about my tech's attitude. When I interrupted the tech to kindly tell him what shape I liked my nails, he rolled his eyes AGAIN and made a face at this coworker. At this point, I was getting really angry - not understanding what I did to offend him. I nicely told him that I was just trying to help him as I always got my nails done by the owner. He threw down the nail file and pushed his chair away and yelled - fine! You want him, then wait for him. At that point, I stood up, told them I'm done, clearly they are having a bad day and don't need my business, offered to pay for the removal of the gel, and left. I will NEVER go back there again. I've never seen anyone be so disrespectful to a customer. Even the lady sitting next to me was horrified. Too bad, Babi Nails, you lost a former loyal customer. read more
