After my vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run in the Kierland Commons parking lot, by a member of the cleaning staff, I left Mr. Kea a voicemail on Saturday, July 18, requesting a return call regarding the incident. Unfortunately, I never received a response. As someone who works at Kierland Commons, I expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and concern. Instead, I had to flag down an employee driving a golf cart just to locate the security office myself. The lack of follow-up and assistance during a situation involving property damage is unacceptable. Additionally, the parking lot design is extremely narrow, making it difficult to navigate safely and increasing the risk of accidents. I hope Kierland Commons takes both customer and employee safety more seriously and improves its response to incidents like this in the future.

I've been in and out of this store many times and in addition to the joggers and pants, I highly recommend the jumpsuits. Between my daughter and I, I think we own four of them in different colors. My daughter doesn't wear dresses, so any time we have an occasion we need to dress up for, she wears one of the city jumpsuits. Even with her Adidas sambas, she looks dressed and super stylish - and she's comfortable too, which is most important! I love supporting Albion Fit as it's a local, family owned company and they are also committed to our environment and our community in many ways. Their apparel is high quality and travels extremely well, and their employees are always super friendly and helpful. Prices continue to be fair compared to their competitors. I'm not sure what their issue is but they are the only salespeople in town that seem to want to call me fat. I ask them to get me an extra small and they question me. Not only is that my best fit, when it's not too large in this store. But some ladies like things clingy. If that was my taste who are they to judge if I'm willing to pay their high prices. After finding the flip flops, I took a quick lap around the store and found several other great deals. They had Ray-Ban sunglasses marked down around 50% off MSRP along with a solid selection of name-brand health and beauty products at discounted prices. Nordstrom Rack is definitely one of those stores where it pays to spend some time searching through the racks. If you're willing to browse a bit, you can find some seriously good deals on quality brands. The store itself was clean, organized, and easy to shop.
