What a joke! It took longer to sort my daughter's items and make a trip to the store and not worth the money I received back. I brought in 3 bags of gently, some unworn clothing items that my daughter grew out of very quickly. i also brought in Nike basketball shoes and Adidas Sambas that were also barely worn. I got back a whopping $14!!! I will never go back and will tell my friends the same. I'd rather have my daughter's friends reuse her items. Not recommending wasting your time going to this location. If I could give zero stars I would!!!! read more

Don't consign here....it's a real ripoff. Particularly, do not ever leave your bags of clothing with them to get back to you. The only time I did that was the only time I was given a consignment/purchase amount that was insulting. Two bags of clothing, much of it unworn, and they did $6. I honestly believe they took more than they said but didn't record it or credit $ for it. Not worth it, to say the least. Go to the kids consignment store on Scottsdale Rd. You still won't get much for your items, but they are honest. read more

Kid to Kid is amazing. This location i have been to multiple times while visiting AZ because we love it so much. The staff is incredibly nice and reasonable here. They are typically busy processing things they are buying or ringing up items being purchased, but still manage to make you feel welcomed and engaged. The staff is also very kind to kids and kid/baby friendly when i have been in. The clothes are very well organized and I never have any issues there. I have bought many used items and never come across any stains or major wear and tear issues or smells that were hard to notice, so the staff does a great job checking for that while buying items from people. I have picked up great shoes, a few designer brand items, and regular schmegular target/old navy stuff in good condition. The pricing here is usually very reasonable as well, which is part of my reasoning for making the visit here when I come from out of state! There is a pretty good selection of items whether it be clothes, shoes, accessories, toys, or useful items like baby carriers, cribs, gadgets, rockers, etc. There is also great seasonal items too that come in. I have been to probably 15 children's thrift stores across california and AZ, and this is up there in my top 5 for sure. Check them out! read more

They have a good variety at this store, though it was a tiny bit disorganized as we found quite a few sizes in the wrong spot mixed in. Found some cute stuff though and the staff was nice! Great value. Always have seasonal items for the kiddos. Depending on the quality/cleanliness/style of your cloths you are trying to sell they may take a lot or a little also depending on their needs. We love kid to kid! Prices are hit or miss depending on if you actually care for brand name, and paying more for them. There is no longer maternity options, however the baby selection is amazing, and you will get plenty of cute and affordable items for your baby. Older kid items I tend to find better pricing at other thrift stores and quite frankly even the clearance stores that sell brand-new items, but being able to trade in our clothing and toys that we no longer need makes it worth checking. For kid consignment this is our go-to! Most of the staff are friendly and polite, and we've never been treated rudely or had any difficulties buying or selling. In fact, the woman doing the buying today went out of her way to help me, since I was holding my baby and it was very much appreciated. read more

Employees were beyond rude. Only purchased a few items of mine when there were tons of name brand items they didn't take. The store wasn't even full of name brand items in the same condition. Prices were almost retail if not more especially on all of the toys. The famous pink Kids door was locked and acted annoyed with the kids (it's a kid store come on!) An absolute pitiful business. Walked around while they looked through our stuff (of which they bought nothing despite begging for boys clothes and strollers). They have second hand toys being sold for double the original price, stuff tagged with the original price that they are surpassing with their OWN price tag, clothes that were completely stained, broken toys and were overall extremely rude to us while in the store. Warning to anyone who wants to make the drive up here on a Monday to consign. Apparently they only items Tuesday through Saturday. I drove 20 minutes with a young baby to consign when the gentleman right away told me that they don't accept items on Mondays. I am very frustrated because I did not see this at all on the website. He said that if you have an Apple it doesn't show... Not sure how that's my problem? At least he could've done was accepted the bag of clothes, especially after I kindly explained that I don't live nearby. Anyone who has a child can relate. It takes a lot of work to leave the house with a baby. Pretty disappointing. read more
