Which took 20 mins or so. Right after they shouldve been honest not kept the dmn phone! Update: 3/8/25 dropped off the phone at 8am to a different cell repair store & it was fixed in 2 hrs (stuck display) ON TOP of back screen & camera repair!! Take your $ elsewhere!

On one occasion, I was told that I supposedly owed a "penny," even though I have proof showing otherwise. What is especially disappointing is that I was not contacted or given any notice before my items were resold. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced an issue like this at this location.
