Instantly blown away at thier product and very elegant displays. Mohsin greeted me and sure he asked the same questions others did, what are you looking for, what is the occasion, but he did it with interest, he was engaging and genuine, rather than just asked questions for results. He had just the right ring I was looking for and for a budget we talked through pricing as if he really cared. Ultimately the ring I wanted was needing to be yellow gold instead of white gold. NO PROBLEM! WE can do that, he said. It will take a few weeks, but it will be exactly as you want he exclaimed. So, it came in 3 weeks before I was planning, so that was something! Then not only did it look amazing, the packaging was almost as pretty as the ring! Very impressive case holding the ring case, and even the ring case had a small led light in it that lit up when opening!! Very clean, very expensive looking, very classy.
