Visit Date: May 3, 2026 All I want to do is go to the cafes listed in my LI cafe passport book for Christmas but my friends keep picking different coffee shops that are not in my book which is slightly annoying to me lol I made a plan to meet my friend Shani and she wanted to check this place out. I got a regular coffee with half and half because I also got the crepe and wanted to not have sugar on top of sugar if I drank a sweet drink and had a sweet dessert. I ended up choosing a crepe, they had no dessert with peanut butter in it which would have been my first choice. The crepe was okay. I ate half of it and my boyfriend ate the other half when I saw him after coffee. I found this place to be just okay, I gave it 4 stars because it was good but it didn't wow me and I think they made it too trendy looking and too hyped up. The service was also very good the man who helped me answered my questions patiently. So I liked this place but wasn't really wowed by it. read more

Coffee; good. Decor; cute. Vibe; ok. This place was really nice when I first came a few years ago but it's one of the cafes in my rotation and lately it's been a huge miss. A week ago when I came the music was blasting. I actually felt like I was screaming to talk to my coworker. This week no music at all. Not even low ambiance music. Which is actually better but still no consistency. There a decorations up from both valentines and st Patrick's day up right now and st patty's day was a week ago at this point. Food- there are literally zero healthy options. Last week when I was here a saw hard boiled eggs and bananas for the first time ever. This week I came back specifically for that actually, no hard boiled eggs; fridge completely empty and the bananas were rotten beyond eating. I was going to get a bagel with cream cheese and they were out of cream cheese. This is also a really hot spot of working on laptops and the plug situation is awful. No where to plug in. Overall, this place is OK. It seems like the owners don't really care about it much and it shows. There are better options in the area. And I most likely will not be back. read more

This place is huge with so many drink and dessert options. If I'm local to this neighborhood, I would most likely be coming here more often...like a lot often. They have so many seatings and the vibe here is sooo good. I ordered the Nutty White Chocolate Latte with almond milk and it didn't occur to me to wait on the drink but rather went to the seat and take selfies with my good friend. Our cashier literally went out of his way and brought the drink over. Later the Batista also came over with the extra drink since they made extra with the regular milk. Overall, I enjoyed both drinks. I found the one with regular milk tasted so much better than the one with almond milk. read more

I wanted to love this coffee shop. I found it on Instagram and the staff looks fun and kind. I'm new in town so I stopped in for a quiche, a croissant and some coffees. The decor and ambiance was lovely. They had big Christmas displays, Christmas trees, and Christmas backgrounds on the tvs. It really set a nice atmosphere. The employees were sweet when asked for recommendations and even took our pictures. I have to say the iced latte and the croissant I ordered were just ok. The quiche tasted better but was served on a Styrofoam plate. The food was lackluster. For me, this coffee shop excelled with setting the Christmas ambiance but the coffee and food left a lot to be desired. Prices were high for the quality. read more

This place is MASSIVE! Such a great vibe with plenty of seating. My matcha was delicious, as was my almond croissant. Service was fast and the barista was really friendly. This cafe goes surprisingly deep and they could absolutely add more seating if they wanted to maximize the space, but it never got too crowded. There isn't an easily accessible outlet (I happened to find one near a lamp) but it's a good place to get work done if you don't need to charge. The tables are quite spacious so it could be good if you're drawing or some other non-device activity. The variety of food options was a little confusing but no complaints, just an observation (there's gelato on one side and then a pastry case on the other side) and lots of coffee flavor options. such a pretty place, i forgot to take photos of anything other than the bench. very picturesque and relaxing environment, would be a great place to meet friends or do some work if you're remote. as far as i can tell there wasn't a wifi network so maybe hotspot your phone. I had high expectations from this place just from the reviews. My first order was a slice of the Oreo cake, for one it tasted pretty old and for 2 it is definitely not worth 10$ for a SLICE. At most $6.50. I tried it again today for cheesecake slice, and traditional cheesecake is made with graham cracker now why would they put a slice of a bottom cake in replace of the graham cracker? And for two they left the strawberry leaf (calyx) on it, it take a few seconds to remove again not worth 10$ for this slice ridiculously expensive for not a good taste. This caffe is a welcome addition To Bay Shore, the customer service was excellent, the young ladies behind the counter we sweet and they work fast!
