Have stopped by multiple times and after today's experience figured it's really worth a review. Coffee flavor variety options are awesome. So much to choose from. Staff are friendly and make the drinks quickly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Location is always packed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Dog friendly which is a huge bonus.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Did decide to try the spicy chicken salad with bacon wrap. Forgot the name of it but was delicious. Was honestly surprised at the quality of the chicken salad. It seems as if they don't use canned chicken or pre made stuff but make their own. Sweet potato fries that came with it oh sooooo good. Between excellent coffee and delicious food, this is a place I will absolutely be returning to for lunch

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Delicious breakfast, wonderful helpful staff, clean small space.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There was so much to choose from so we chose avacado toast and a chicken biscuit meal and both were delicious. Matcha latte and chai latte came to us steaming hot just like we like it! A lovely meal!

I was in the area recently and looking for a place to grab lunch/breakfast during my lunch break. I saw that this place food pictures looked really good so I decided to check it out. I ordered a chicken ceaser wrap as well as a strawberry drink online for pickup and arrived about 12 minutes after I ordered it. I enter a small but spacial establishment with seating in the front as well as around the bar area. There were paintings on the wall and the space really felt comfy and healing almost. I let the worker know I was picking up an order and I waited about 4 more minutes before it was ready. The food tasted very delicious and the drink was also pretty good. My own personal cons were that the lettuce in my wrap was wilted which I am not used to with a chicken ceasar wrap. I much prefer the crunch from romaine in the wrap and did not get it with this one. Regardless it was still good. Additionally, my drink was filled to the brim with ice which means there wasnt much drink in there at all. I would know next time to ask for no or light ice as I wish I got to enjoy more of it.

Former Soul Brew location, cute arty vibe. Which I loved!!! Good amount of seating for a small shop. Lots!!! on the menu, busy place. Friendly employees. I had a cappuccino dusted with cinnamon it was good. My only negative is on their Instagram there are pics of coffee drinks in coffee cups, not paper cups and with latte art, if that's not how you serve it, please don't present it that way. It just raised my expectations which wouldn't have happened, so that was disappointing. They do have a good thing going so I say try them I think you'll like them!

A great neighborhood coffee shop serving up great drinks and delicious food. First off, the staff here is fantastic. They're so friendly and welcoming and just genuinely nice folks. They're attentive, eager to suggest some options, and really care. The decor is cozy and classic, full of brick, wood, and green accents that make it easy to sink in here. There's art from local artisans that's available to purchase which is a great way to support the community and add a nice extra offering. It was a hot day so I went for an iced green tea which was perfectly brewed. There's an extensive menu and everything sounded amazing. I went for a T-bird breakfast burrito/wrap which was done really well with super fresh ingredients. Absolutely coming back here to spend some more time and try out some more of their options.

Worst cup of coffee I've ever had! Ordered the Almond Joy...the girl with the long black hair handed me a plain drink that looked like chocolate milk...I saw from yelp that it was suppose to have chocolate and white drizzle...I showed her, she looked annoyingly at her coworker and said "oh I didn't decorate the cup...you want me to?"....um yea I want the drink to be the drink I ordered I thought to myself. She hurriedly threw a splatter of both on the cup and poured my old drink back into it. My out of town sister looked on w disgust and surprise since I was telling her what a great coffee shop I was taking her to. Sadly I guess that's when it was soul brew because I've previously never had such a gross drink.

Came here after the Runner's Edge run club and it was so cute! They have a bunch of different syrup options and drink options and it was super quick service to get it. I'll definitely be back again.

Been trying alot of coffee shops on LI, this one is good they have a lot of different flavors and specials. The coffee was good I got an iced cinnamon latte, very sweet but I expected it is flavored coffee. Ordered avocado toast, it took way too long. Many people before me had been waiting a long time and were mad about wait. They could have offered a free pastry or something to show they were actually sorry. I waited almost 20 minutes for an avocado toast. The owner I'm assuming apologized for wait but that didn't really change anything. Don't recommend ordering food maybe only coffee. Need more workers. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very small place and when a lot of people are there they're on top of you.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good place needs more workers[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Rose Chai Latte special for February. Been to the Bellmore and Huntington locations and both are stellar. Huntington is very small but also very cute. No laptops because they can't afford to have people stay all day there, it's that tiny. The egg sandwiches are top notch. The service is great. The woman manning the counter did with ease even though the line was long.

Feelin' Tot burrito w/ eggs, cheddar, their famous tater tots and house-made chipotle in a whole wheat wrap - so good!

There were toddlers and preschoolers in the restaurant with their families, so I asked the waitress to please change the channel. She looked at me like I was crazy and told me that she didn't understand what my problem was. I explained that there were graphic photos of people and crime scenes that aren't suitable for children, or really anyone else trying to enjoy their meal. That issue non-withstanding, I still don't think Over Easy is worth choosing over Hatch or Munday's. The wait for us was 20 minutes, which is the same for pretty much every other place in Huntington. It's also very small, so as a result the tables are extremely close together. We were seated in the middle of the floor, with waitstaff passing through very frequently on both sides. We had to constantly tuck ourselves in and watch our backs to avoid getting an elbow in the face. Our food tasted alright, but there were several issues. We both got variations of eggs benedict. I got the avocado BLT benedict, with avocado, tomato, arugula, bacon, and hollandaise on top of ciabatta. It tastes good, and I especially liked how orange and healthy the poached egg yolk was. However the ciabatta was pretty badly burnt. My boyfriend got the "classic" eggs benedict, which was served over toasted sourdough bread. This bread was ridiculous, over an inch thick and impossible to cut through without shaking the table and making a crummy mess. I would've thought the classic eggs benedict would be eggs with Canadian bacon over an English muffin; this one was just not the best.

The hostess asked if we were celebrating anything, and when we told her it was our anniversary, she surprised us with a handwritten card waiting at our table that read, "Happy Anniversary! We timed our reservation perfectly for sunset, and between the sailboats, glowing sky, and beautifully lit trees, it felt like something out of a movie. The outdoor patio is one of the most beautiful dining settings I've experienced on Long Island. We started with the crab cake, which was packed with fresh lump crab and lightly seasoned so the quality of the seafood really shined. The crispy exterior paired perfectly with the creamy remoulade. Every bite was delicious. The service was attentive, friendly, and never rushed. Our server made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening, and every staff member we encountered helped make our celebration feel special. We also got what we thought was going to be artichokes on a bed of arugula but was mostly arugula with a few small pieces of artichoke and some pistachios. It was bland, definitely needed some vinegar or lemon or something. Not worth the price, I could have thrown that together myself at home. We also had the spinach/pear salad. As a true connoisseur, you know that the distance traveled is often a small price to pay for culinary perfection. Making the trek from Brooklyn was a pilgrimage that paid off in every bite. Dining at this establishment is less of a meal and more of a choreographed performance where every ingredient plays its part to perfection. Several dishes merit special mention. The evening began with a Watermelon Salad that redefined refreshment. Each vibrant cube of melon arrived with a crisp, crystalline texture, cleverly balanced by salty flourishes and herbal notes that felt like a cool breeze on a humid evening. It was followed by the Sweet Chilli Shrimp, a dish that struck a delicate chord between fire and honey. The shrimp were plump and oceanic, draped in a glaze that hummed with a sophisticated, creeping heat. Then came the crescendo: the steaks. The Wagyu was an absolute masterclass in decadence, possessing a buttery marble that seemed to dissolve upon contact, leaving behind a rich, lingering umami. In contrast, the Ribeye offered a more rugged, soul-satisfying experience--perfectly charred, deeply flavorful, and dripping with an earthy intensity that only the finest cuts can achieve. To close, the Floating Island and Tiramisu were a dream rendered in sugar and air. Beyond the words, just weightless finale to an otherwise powerful gastronomic journey. With a party of four, the portions were quite generous. We even had leftovers to take home and revisit the exceptional flavors the next day." Whether you are coming from around the corner or making the drive from Brooklyn, IMC delivers a level of hospitality and flavor that makes every mile worth it. Try it - you won't regret the trip. I.
