How is a customer supposed to know whether they want to buy without trying items on? To make things worse, our 3-year-old daughter, who is autistic, was wandering around. I can not say enough about this place. I have gone there for years and this is beyond past due to write about this business. I had the most excellent care and work done by both owners. Leonardo in fact when my rosary broke fixed it right there as I was going into surgery that week and even refused to charge me to fix it. That alone says something about a person's integrity. The prices are beyond reasonable along with any time that is needed to fix. If you also want to buy jewelry they offer a very large selection of high end jewelry for very reasonable prices. I love that the work is done in the store so if any adjustments need to be made they can right there and then. I've come here a few times, but I never expected to be insulted and spoken to with SUCH disgust as I was recently. I wanted to look at crosses as a gift for my fiance, and the owner asked me where my diamond was. He was referring to my engagement ring. I said oh, this is my engagement ring and showed it to him. He looked at me and said no that's cubic zirconia. I asked him how could he tell. He said he could just tell and I was wearing a fake diamond. Mind you, my fiance and I picked out my engagement ring together at another jeweler, and we even got a certification for my diamond. We know it's not cubic zirconia. He started asking me if I know how much my ring cost, where I got it from, and kept insisting it was fake. Then he tried showing me crosses for my fiance. As if I want to shop at this store. I was so embarrassed I just left. Even if my ring was fake, which it's not, why is it his business? I was looking for a gold cross for a gift. The sad thing is I actually like some of his pieces, but just would never go back to someone who could be so rude. I don't feel like insulting customers is the way to go read more

We are so thrilled with the design! There were quite a few stones that were all different sizes and they are now all set in a beautiful channel that makes them look like the same size. I got my necklace previously fixed at the store in Parkway Plaza near Macy's and they charged me $180 - KID you not it broke again about 2 weeks later in the same exact spot they filed and fixed at. With David and Mike they only charged me $30 to repair TWO pieces of jewelry- the necklace I got fixed before and an anklet and they do so well I can't even point at where it was fixed or previously broken. They are so sweet, and make sure they make you feel welcomed.
