Everything is so clean and elegant, I'd want to come back just to look at how beautiful the place is. If I could I wouldn't even give one start. Is this really shitty place with a shitty customer service. I went in and asked for a ring with a specific stone in it, and the guy told me to go back on Monday, I went in and he didn't even remember me or remembered my order. Then he took my number promising me to call me once he has it and stated I should go back on Thursday. So I went back on Thursday and the same scenario happened all over again and this time he said "oh I forgot please give me one more chance and come back again next week" so I went back the following Tuesday and he looked at me saying "how may I help you" I was like do you have the ring and he's like "omg I'm so sorry you have no idea how busy I was" I was like that's fine but this is the third time Ive been coming to your store and your giving me the same excuses why do you promise if you can fulfill your customers needs? He said " it's my store I do whatever I want" who wants to shop from this place who has a bad attitude and bad customer service? What a waste of time.
