I was met with some confusion and and was not able to talk to anyone in the office (all calls are initially forwarded to a call center) when I called in on these occasions. Other than this, the staff is all fantastic and only the call center methods keep me from putting up 5 stars.

They were mad at me for doing so that same morning at the clinic, tried to jam it right back in again, and it hurt like hell. I yelled out in pain and was told I "couldn't behave like that" by the dentist, as if I were some misbehaving child. Had to have the partial fitted after my gums healed, by a professional, who said the thing wasn't made right. He is the first Dr. ever to tell me I don't need jaw surgery. Ive had other Orthodontists not do what he did. He does the most when it comes to checking your bite, how your jaw sits, if you have a cross bite, if your jaw clicks, etc. I've had other Orthodontists tell me I should get Jaw surgery for Aesthetic purposes, mind you I can fix my bite with braces.
