One star, and that's generous and it is really meant for their bartender, Dani. She is very nice and knows how to be around people, excellent service on her end. As for the food, it is extremely over priced and not well prepared. Ordered Baci Balls hoping for a new little treat. Wrong, extremely thick and greasy. That on top of the fact that our server, Elizabeth, was very rude. She didn't even notice us sitting at our table! Which doesn't make much sense seeing as though is not a grandly sized place. She was very short, and not very attentive. Terrible service. Also, not very family oriented. Do not recommend this place to anyone, really. Unless you enjoy average food at high prices and terrible service regarding food. It's a shame to see a place with so much potential be ruined by unprofessional people. read more

Really fantastic pizza! Crispy crust, good sauce, excellent toppings. There's just no reason to eat inferior pizza from a chain when you can stop by a local joint and get good stuff like this. We love the white pizza too, lots of garlic! read more

Disappointed...the Greek salad was no big deal. Not that great. Very little cheese. So many peppers...too many. Lettuce big huge chunks. Ice tea had to be over two days old and un drinkable and $2.50!!!! Extra charge for delivery is never nice. No more takeout from here for me! read more

Baci has always been my favorite pizza place since I moved to Florida! I haven't been able to eat their in a year but was so excited to find out they got gluten free pizza and pasta. What a great neighborhood bar/liquor store/take-out concept! I love this place because 1) the atmosphere is fun, casual, and non-pretenious, and 2) they serve GOOD quality, FRESH homemade food (almost everything is made in-house) and 3) the owner, Gacque, is awesome and always makes you feel at home. I literally dream about the Stromboli and have to get it every time I go there, along with the pizza (even though they are always introducing new menu items). I live in Michigan, but come down to Florida every winter and I always make time for a few Baci stops! read more

Nice small pub/ bar. Maybe seats 10 or 12 at tables beside a bar. Excellent pizza and beer. A family spin-off of a local Italian restaurant (Domenicos) the food is fresh and tasty. Completely worth a visit if you are nearby. read more

I've ordered from Baci before and the food was good. Nothing phenomenal, but we have only gotten subs, fries and some appetizers, and only to go. Tonight, we wanted steak subs and I pulled up the menu on their website and an 8" steak and cheese sub with peppers and onions was listed as $9.99. Not a whopping bargain, but ok, we wanted subs and they're close. I ordered 2 of the 8" steak and cheese subs and asked to have them with no peppers, but wanted fried onions, lettuce, tomato, provolone and mayo on them, and added mushrooms. I saw that the mushrooms were an upcharge of $1.50. No biggie. I added on an order of large fries- $4.99 on the menu, although the menu that lists subs says chips come with the sub but you can replace that with fries for an upcharge of $2.50. So imagine my surprise when I asked for a total and was told $36.95. I called back and made sure the order was correct and was told the subs were $15.99 EACH with upcharges for the lettuce, tomato, onions and mushrooms. I'm still scratching my head over an upcharge for grilled onions on a cheese steak that comes with onions and peppers. This was not the 12" sub and was not double meat or made from prime rib. I am sorry Baci but this is our last time together. I love to support local businesses and I realize everyone has been hit hard by COVID19, but I can't afford a sandwich and fries at those prices. And I can tell from the reviews on Yelp that the proprietors apparently don't care about their ratings here, but y'all really need to update that 2019 menu with your ACTUAL prices. What you're doing now is a bait and switch game, which is grossly unfair to your customers. read more

I just the meatball pharm. The meatball tasted like frozen old meatballs from the local Publix in the freezer section. The meatball sub at the Publix deli counter tasted better than this. It was my first time there. They have quite a big place with a bar; but it was empty except for one patron at the bar. That should have been clue. I would not visit again for anything. read more

I ordered food from this establishment. It did not arrive in a timely fashion. After an hour I called them to see what the issue was. They had written down my address wrong even after I had repeated it back to them twice! They had said they tried to call me when they couldn't find the address. They had my number correct, but no one had actually called! I have a voice recorder attached to my phone because I do business all over the world. Everything in my recorder shows that I gave the correct address twice! and the correct phone number! When questioned about my order the woman told me that I was a liar and that I was accusing her of being stupid! I never said those words, they were words that she came up with! All of this is on my voice recorder! Thank God for it. If anyone wants to hear it I will gladly share it with you! My wife both had the Gyro platter yesterday. This was our first visit Baci's since moving to FL and it will be our last. Coming from Chicago area we know what a good Gyro should be. There must have been a half ounce of Gyro meat on it at most. Also they put the cucumber sauce on that was really sour cream we think. Pathetic is all I have to say. read more
