Wife and I visited twice before and were amazed at how good the Stromboli was, and at a reasonable cost. But we ordered a carry out Stromboli last night , 5/09/26 , and were extremely disappointed in quality , price, and size: It was half the size, with more cheese and less meat in the filling, and about $6 (30%) more expensive with added card and service fees. The crust was soft, vs. crisp as before. Both of us commented the same after the first bite: time to find a new Stromboli source. read more

I'm sorry but Bella Luna has gone down hill. We've been going there since 2015 and honestly the food quality has been terrible. And the Food portion are less for more money. Both my husband and I were terribly disappointed in the lasagna and shrimp parmigiana which tasted and looked like they were just heated left over food. The pasta was brown looking which clearly means it was old pasta. We are truly disappointed in Bella Luna. read more

A family owned and operated business. Don't let the location fool you. The food is authentic Italian and the pizza is some of the best I've ever had. I'd also recommend the Pasta Clams and the Eggplant Parmesan. They serve beer and some pretty good wine. The servers are knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Ordered bruschetta, breadsticks, cheese sticks, spaghetti with meatball, and chicken piccata shared between three people. The final bill with tip was $83. The greeting upon entering the dining room should have been the cue to leave. From across the room was yelled at "are you here for takeout?" The server appeared inconvenienced at our dine-in presence and the service reflected that. The only good thing about the food was the marina sauce. Very flavorful and robust. Thus the spaghetti ordered for my granddaughter was very good. The cheese sticks with the same sauce were also tasty. Breadsticks were too dense with for me to enjoy, but others did. The chicken piccata was absolutely flavorless with no seasoning (no lemon or wine in the butter sauce, even the capers had no flavor) and the chicken was tough and overcooked. The bruschetta was also nearly flavorless. Dining out has gotten so expensive; the food and service must be in alignment with the expense. With all the options nearby, I doubt I will revisit. read more

I've been going to Bella Lunas for a while and always have enjoyed their food. Recently they raised their prices for pizza toppings from $1.50 each to $2.50 each on an 18" pie. I understand places need to raise prices to stay in business but when I pay $34.51 to have an 18" pizza delivered and it arrives looking like the attached photo, I say it's time to find a new place. There were less than 20 slices of pepperoni on the entire pizza. This wasn't the first time, so not an isolated event. I have called and asked to make sure there is adequate toppings and still got the same results. Sorry Bella Luna, but you've lost a customer that has faithfully ordered from you several times a month for years. read more

Their food is AMAZING! We had veal parm and it was cooked perfectly with great flavor. Even the side of angel hair pasta that came with was great. Also had stuffed rigatoni with vodka sauce. Delicious! The pasta was fantastic and cooked perfectly and the sauce was so yum! Breadsticks were great and even better dipped in the vodka sauce. Stopped by yesterday for dinner. This place was packed. 15 minute wait for a table for 3. It was definately worth the wait. The soup and entrees were delicious. Every plate was empty and wiped clean with bread. Dessert was a tirimisu that was shared and it to was tasty.. I will be back for what I saw as huge pieces of lasagna flying around. read more

Went to lunch with a friend today. Over the last few years I have been there many times. After lunch the waitress brought the bill and I went to pay with my credit card ($25+ with tip) The waitress said she didn't want to take my card because it costs them money even though the sign on the door says they welcome credit cards. I was embarrassed because my friend had to pay since I rarely carry a lot of cash. I will not return to this restaurant. The food can be marginal and have had mixed experiences regarding the service. I will also tell all of my friends at the country club how rude they were. read more

We got take out and it was Some of the worst spaghetti and meat sauce I have ever had.. all I could taste were onions.. no flavor, no garlic or even Italian seasoning.. it was onion,crushed tomatoes and basic meatball mix passed off as meat in meat sauce. Not tasty at all. read more

I'm probably cheating Bella Luna out of at least a 1/2 star on this review. But since I rated my favorite Italian Resturant, New York Pizza 5 Star, I lowered Bella Luna to 4. What is better about Bella Luna's is they have a full menu plus better in-resturant ambiance. Shockingly, they have the best Philly Cheese Steak Sub. I thought my wife was crazy for ordering it in an Italian Resturant but she does know her Philly Cheese Steak Subs. Guess she is Crazy like a Fox. One thing that makes Bella Luna's subs so go is their bread. I will pit their bread up against any ones. Plus they give you a free mini loaf with take-outs. My brother-in-law who is a Carbonara lover gives it 5 stars. All in all, I would have no reservation recommending Bella Luna. read more

Excellent experience here. The only problem was that I had a hard time choosing what I wanted. I went with the chicken francese over linguini and it was an excellent choice. The lemon sauce was very well done and the the chicken was cooked to perfection. The garlic bread was very good too. We are visiting family in the area so we are not locals, but will be back next time when in town. read more

We ordered 3 pasta dishes and 2 were tasteless. The bread was similar to oluve garden breadsticks, cheap white pizza bread. The pasta carbonera was bad. A few pieces of bacon with a tasteless alfredo sauce. The olive oil and garlic broccoli pasta had a wierd heavy garlic taste on the broccoli. The shrimp dish was tastier, only because we ordered it spicy. Lots and lots of pasta on the plates. The server was fairly attentive and nice. The busser was spraying a smelly chemical cleaners on both tables next to us. Better would be to spray the cloth. We didn't get the pizza so cant comment on the taste but it looked scarce. We are not big carby whit pasta fans but this is what we all got a big plate of. I feel even though Carraba is not as fresh as it used to be was much tastier. . read more

I am usually a fan of this restaurant. My take out entrees Monday was sub par. I ordered the penne pasta with meat sauce and the penne al la vodka. The penne with meat sauce had very little sauce and no mozzarella cheese at all. The penne al la vodka was very bland. They also forgot a side salad. I was fortunate enough to be born and raised on the Space Coast of the Sunshine State and another family owned and operated Italian eatery just popped up on my random generator. After my last visit to Bacco Wine and Grill, I was looking forward to seeing what the husband and wife team over at Bella Luna could offer the world of foodies. After a short wait, I was immediately lead to a table and handed a menu. Perusing the menu, my eyes lit at the asterisk in front of the listing for the Veal Marsala. Could this mean that they have collapsed under the pressure of the animal rights extremists and serve it with pork, chicken or a veggie patty? Running my eye to the bottom of the menu I noticed that it was not only real veal but, the asterisk denoted a house specialty. Our table was soon visited by one of the owners, Grace. She introduced herself in a rather lackluster way and also said she would be taking our order this afternoon. After placing our order for Pasta e Fagioli, Fettuccini Alfredo and the house specialty Veal Marsala, Grace lethargically turned to return our dining request to the kitchen. Perusal, I took this opportunity to glance around the interior. It was clean, well lit and with the exception of one other diner, completely empty. While I do not take into account these things, only the food itself in my reviews, they can be a good indication of the quality of the edibles. 28 minutes later, again that was 28 minutes later (with one other customer in the cavernous cafe) Grace languidly returned with our menu choices. I could only assume that it took this long as our food was made to order (including the bread). Grace set a basket of warmed Garlic bread on our table as an accompaniment to the meal. Pasta e Fagioli, for those that may not know, is a traditional Italian soup of pasta and beans and as in most Italian dishes people are familiar with, it began as "peasant" food. However, this was not even fit for peasants in the most brutal feudal system found in any society at any time in history. This was Sysco's finest and was only fit for the garbage. After such an inauspicious beginning, it was with some trepidation that I turned my attention to the Fettuccine Alfredo. Much to my surprise, the sauce was incredibly creamy and had just the right hint of butter as noted by my demanding palate, however, this was all for naught as the pasta had to have been overlooked while boiling as it was far too done. The side salad was almost as good as the sauce. It consisted of fresh baby greens, shredded purple cabbage, grated cheese, and their Italian dressing. Well, calling it dressing is a stretch as to my tastes it only consisted of olive oil. No vinegar, no herbs, no salt, just olive oil. Finally, we arrive at one of the noted (on the menu at least) house specialties, Veal Marsala. The veal was USDA Prime and cooked to an utter state of divinity, the mushrooms had the inconsistent look all too familiar to the freshly cut fungus, leading me to assumed they were not of the canned variety. However, the wine must have been a bit past its prime as the sauce was bitter to the point of being gross and inedible. The only way I can think of that happening, other than adding vinegar to the pan, is for the wine to have turned. I am a long time patron of this restaurant and have always had a great experience. Today when I called to place an order I inquired if they were open for lunch. The receptionist advised me only on Friday and Saturday. I said I would call back tomorrow. She proceeded to slam the phone down on me. No words just hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager but was told they were not there. I advised the woman how rude she was and would be loosing a longtime customer. She said ok and hung up. I find this very sad. I am on a fixed income but want to support our local restaurant s during this pandemic. People do not what is happening in others lives. A little niceness can go a long way. read more

Have visited Bella Luna several times previously and it has been a nice place to go with great food but this time it was a mess. Sat waiting for menus and attention for about 10 minutes. 20 minute before receiving our drinks. Water had something black floating in it. Caesar salads had only dressing on it due to distributor not being able to deliver supplies. So no Parmesan, croutons, etc. This caused for menu items to not be available. Meals arrived and unfortunately both were bland. Completely understand the supplier delay, the small restaurant was clearly overwhelmed with to go orders. Staff was very busy in the restaurant but even with all of this the quality of the entrees was enough for us to chose not to visit Bella Luna again. Maybe will watch other reviews and see if things change but for now there are too many other great Italian restaurants to enjoy. read more

Today we ordered a pizza for pick up and when I got there I was told it would be a few minutes. Keep in mind I ordered for a specific time, and I was on-time. I finally asked if my order had even been started. They answered yes. After over 20 minutes I received my order. I made a comment about how disappointed I was. As I was turning to walk out the girl at the register commented back in a very rude way how she didn't control the pizza making. I was astounded! We may just take a break from Bella Luna for a while. Customers should not be made to wait like that or treated like that. I was not at all amused. read more

We ordered take-out, and the phone ordering process was a breeze. I went to pickup the order, and it was ready when I arrived. The staff was very nice, and the process was great. Upon checking the goods at home I noticed they gave me someone else's order. I called to notify them of this mistake, and to my surprise they told me to bring the order back, as the person who's order I received was waiting. I walked in with the incorrect order, and again was surprised to see them give it right over to the other person. I'm no heath code expert, but I believe this is a HEALTH VIOLATION, selling someone food that was taken home by someone else. Why did they not just remake the other person's order?!? Makes me question the freshness of any order I place from this restaurant. Also upon returning I expected my correct order to be ready to go--not the case. I had to wait around for another few minutes for them to finish preparing my order. Throughout this process I would assume they would have offered up something for my inconvenience--again not the case. I had to ask what they would offer for my inconvenience, to which the manager appeared to be ticked off about my questioning. Overall they have very good food at a decent price, but I have serious questions about the cleanliness of their food given how they approached my situation. read more

First time we have ever eaten anything from here was last week. We ordered pizza to be delivered. One out of three was the wrong pizza. We called and they brought the correct pizza. Original delivery was late however. I ordered tonight online and pizza was 35 min late. When I called the restaurant they didn't seem to know what to say except "it's on its way". They hurried and we got a pizza that was spray painted cheese looked like thin lace when picking up the covering. Solid Italian cuisine for Brevard County. I went here with my siblings for lunch on a weekday, and it was empty. However, our waitress was incredibly nice and accommodating, and the service was fast! To start, we ordered Garlic Bread and Mozzarella Sticks. The Garlic Bread was *phenomenal*--seriously, the BEST I've ever had. It was so soft, but crispy on the edges, and coated with very flavorful garlic sauce. Highly recommend this. The Mozzarella Sticks were meh... tasted like they were just heated up from the freezer. Like our appetizers, one of our main courses was phenomenal, with the other leaving us wanting more. The Penne Alla Vodka was BY FAR the best pasta dish I have *ever* had--before this, I've only ever had creamy flavorless oil noodles, but this Penne Alla Vodka was tangy, sweet, and cooked so well with mushrooms that it just melted in your mouth. However, the Stuffed Manicotti was lacking... the tomato sauce was actually bitter, and the manicotti itself dense and chewy, in a bad way. The cheese in it wasn't great. I'm happy to have an "authentic" Italian place in Wickham alongside the Carabba's, Uno's, etc. Hopefully the other items are as great as the Penne Alla Vodka and Garlic Bread! read more

My husband and I had dinner there due to a Groupon deal; otherwise we would never have noticed it. I believe the location is a former Quiznos. We shared a fried calamari appetizer, which was crispy and good. He had the chicken saltimbucco and I had the salmon al forno. Both came with soup or salad, breadsticks, and pasta. The portion sizes were generous and the food was good. The server was very nice and attentive, especially considering that she knew from the beginning that we had a Groupon and she wouldn't be able to upsell. She kept our glasses filled and checked on us regularly. (We did tip her on the actual value of the meal, of course.) The ambiance was severely lacking, though. As I mentioned, this was a former fast food-type of establishment. The booths were old, cracked and uncomfortable, and there was a strange smell that we couldn't identify. They do have a beer and wine license now, if that's a factor for you. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but if I were in the area and hungry, I might order takeout. read more

My husband got in his car and drove to the restaurant to find the staff sitting there playing on their phones and our order just sitting on a back counter.
